That could cover loads of stuff, too broad.
You cant just update/change the rule when you want. thats unfair on everyone.

We aren't going to update the rules wily nily, but if someone is trying to exploit what they see as a loophole, I don't think it is unfair to close the loophole.

The alternative is to just get rid of the rules altogether and let managers do what they want.

How did he. I bought him ages after when Viva realised he didnt fit in his plans.

Way I see it was Viva did the smart thing. He knew someone would want him so he snapped the player up first.
A lot of people do that especially with Under 21's. everyone wants the best under 21's from theirrespective nations so it would be clever of Manager A to buy a players from X nation as Manager B will want to buy him off them.

Its like Man City buying Rodwell, Sinclare so none of their competition can have the young english potencial. They are now linked with £16m Zaha bid. So if the competition want them they have to pay them big to get them. If not they will just sit around and get their pay cheque like they have done to date.
