I bought Aguero for 152k and sold him for 155k.
EA taxed me 5% and the total money I got for selling him was 147,250k. You can't tell the difference on small transfers but on the ones with big money involved it can make you lose quite a lot of coins.

As it is cup week, I have some good U21's for sale, I would be looking for lawyers equivalent or above (which is the amount in brackets).

Dennis Praet (£3m) http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/362286/Arsenal-do-their-groundwork-on-Dennis-Praet

Oliver Torres (£3.5m) http://metro.co.uk/2012/07/21/manchester-united-face-battle-to-lure-oliver-torres-from-atletico-madrid-504450/

Gerard Deulofeu (£11m) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2241780/Manchester-City-keen-Barcelonas-Gerard-Deulofeu.html

I will also consider loan offers for Praet and Deulofeu

Lads, you're both big men, and I'm no idiot. I'm not selling quality players for anything less than their Lawyers values (Parker is £9.7m on TM).

Serious offers I'll accept, numpty offers...I won't.

It's like me offering Afro £20m for Tevez, knowing he paid £35m-ish for him Laugh

Azzy - I'm not saying I offer £9m for Cole. I will pay £15m.

I'm just saying that the £15m would need to be made up of £9m cash max and then some players

Anyone watch the Newcastle game last night? Ben Arfa is FAR too good for them, even coming back off of injury. He'd fit on any team anywhere in the world.

You too Tooze, hope you beat Villa 7-0 and Lambert starts to cry and then you and Olly can laugh at him and he crys even more and Villa get relagated and you can laugh harder.

Ben Arfa is good but not THAT good Azzy come on dude, at one time when he was at Lyon he was supposed to be going on to big things like Benzema but he has a nasty little attitude. One of the "I've already made it because I played 3 minutes in the French second division" kind of attituide.

You cannot have seen Ben Arfa playing in 2012 then, he is a cut above Newcastle's calibre, and if you think he's not better than Nani, Valencia, Nasri, Balotelli, Oxo Cube, Gervinho, Hazard, Sturridge, Downing, Lennon...you're a lost cause Wink

Ben Arfa would be guaranteed a spot in every Premier League team, and I reckon apart from Barca/Real/Bayern, every other team in Europe too.

No Prezictions this week, would anyone object to me taking over?

Reasons for the FAN LEAGUE
---------------------------------------
VFL Fassbender 0-2 FC SWAG
Solid side from SWAG with simple enough tactics that play to the strengths of their team.

Total Juan Carrs 1-2 Bratwurst Mannschaft
Close game today but I think a stronger CM pairing at BM will win them the physical battle and allow them to stifle TJC.

Deportivo la Chorizo 2-0 AHAAAA Alan Partridge FC
DLC have a strong XI but I think would be a little too attacking and would possibly struggle against a stronger team. Isco and Mkhitaryan don’t have to be mutually exclusive but I will need convincing they can play together as a midfield duo. The FBs and wingers feeding Soldado is a terrifying prospect though.

Under Brescia 2-0 Bunga Bunga FC
Solid shape for Brescia, good personnel and the system matches up well. I think Cassano and Tevez would link very nicely indeed.

-----------------------------------

Total Juan Carrs FC 1-1 Bratwurst Mannschaft - Fairly close game with Bratwurst controlling the game but with the pace on the counter Juankers are always going to create chances

VFL Fassbender 0-6 FC SWAG - If your not going to do tactics then your asking for a major ass whooping no instructions no chance it's a shame as you had the better side

Under Brescia FC 6-0 Bunga Bunga FC - default
AHAAAAAAAAAA Alan Partridge FC 6-0 Deportizo Chorizo - default

------------------------------------

Total Juan Carrs v Bratwurst Mannschaft - Juan Carrs hurt by injuries but not as badly as Bratwurst implied, and while Juan Carrs worked to a solid base with the intention of counter attacking, Bratwurst were the side doing the pressing. A tight game but Bratwurst earn the win with Mandzukic in top form today.
Total Juan Carrs 1-2 Bratwurst Mannschaft
(Aduriz) (Mandzukic x2)

VFL Fassbender v FC SWAG - Fassbender the better line-up, but no instructions. SWAG with a decent midfield and fullbacks but the instructions that were there were pretty average. Still in a mindset that an NFL player can be in his squad, so neither team deserves the win, 0-0.
VFL Fassbender 0-0 FC SWAG

Deportivo la Chorizo v Alan Partridge - Default win for Chorizo, but a very solid line up with good instructions and match winning players, Chorizo are one of the best sides in the league and I have a gut feeling they would have won anyway.
Default win for Deportivo la Chorizo

Under Brescia v Bunga Bunga - Default win for Under Brescia, a strong team for them though despite the injuries to two key players. Possibly the strongest squad in this league. Shame Olly couldn't get tactics in, he's got the ability and the team so it's a let down that he "forgot", again.
Default win for Under Brescia

---------------------------------------

TJC 1 - 1 Bratwurst
Maher - Son

A pretty even game and cancelled each other out

VFL 1 - 2 FC Swag
Adebayor - Asamoah, Augeybamang

lack of direction in the VFL side saw Sagger jagger come out on top eventually

---------------------------------------

Juan Carrs 1-1 Bratwurst Mannschaft
Herrera / Mandzukic
Both teams went against their usual tactics, but sadly it cancelled each other out. Bratwurst had the lion’s share of possession, but Juan Carrs did them on the break.

Fassbender 0-2 FC Swag
Sam, Ayew
Fassbender had much the better team, but the lack of instruction from the manager meant that they had no idea how to play agains their less illustrious opponents.

Deportivo La Chorizo 3-0 Alan Partidge
Walkover (Soldado, Callejon, Tello)
The best team in the league, both in terms of players and tactics. No team would be able to beat this Deportivo.

Under Brescia 3-0 Bunga Bunga
Walkover (Tevez, Cassano, Mirallas)
I think if Bunga Bunga had turned up this might have been a draw, with Under Brescia being very good going forward but vulnerable defensively. Shame for their fans, but credit to Afro for giving his squad players a morale-boosting victory.

----------------------------------------

AHAAAAAAAAAA Alan Partridge FC v Deportizo Chorizo
AUTO LOSS FOR BOTH TEAMS

Total Juan Carrs FC 1-1 Bratwurst Mannschaft
Maher-----------------Mandzukic
Equal game with both teams having chances and being on the backfoot I think the Bratwurst wide men didn't offer the protection to the defenders as required but they made that up with the attacking threat going forward.

VFL Fassbender 0-2 FC SWAG
-------------------Ayew
-------------------Ferdinand
Fassbender showed no ambition or preparation for the game, it was terrible and it showed on the pitch. They have a very good side but if they put no effort in they will lose. Swag looked good on the wings I'd like them to improve on a better striker who can win matches.

Under Brescia FC v Bunga Bunga FC
AUTO LOSS FOR BOTH TEAMS

-----------------------------------------

A game featuring two very interesting sides, the three at the back from Mole City was well set up to combat Zidanes although they were lucky that Rio didn't have to mark a top class inside forward as he would have really struggled with this. I love both sides midfield but I feel that Mole City set up to beat Zidanes whereas Zidanes set up to beat a random team. For this reason I've gone with Mole, just, as Michu inparticular was left alone with neither Kroos or VDV marking him.
Withthe WBs bomboing to attack the wings are exposed, although carzola is kept in check most of the time, hes does have spaceand does exploit, it,OX also takes advantage, and with michu occanisonaly taking advantage of the DM, are exposed defensivly, however going forward MClook to have i under control, the CMS boos the AMs for the mostpartand a good CB pairing lock dowm the STs, Respek are good enough to get a goal, but are exposed mightly at the back and pay the
Formations seemed to match up, but I felt Moleicester were too exposed to the attack from the flanks, with Pablo in particular up against Ferdinand who is not a natural FB and little support ahead of him. I do like the combination of Capoue and Montolivo though
An entertaining game. Pablo and Pedro had a lot of space as there were no full backs which was the wrong way to do it. Ferdinand marking a winger is just plain wrong. However, Zidane could have done with a defensive midfielder to give the likes of Kroos and Van Der Vaart more freedom, and Miccoli is better making runs rather than trying to hold up the ball. So for me mistakes from both teams, so a draw overall is the fairest result.

Atlanta vs Bank
2-0 De Sciglio, Rat
2-2 El Shar, Reus - VDV, Kroos

Result
2-0
El Shar, Reus

Great set up from Atlanta although no tactics from Bank make it hard to judge. I really like the Christmas Tree formation as I feel it allows fullbacks to really impose themselves. I still feel that Atlanta could do with a strong number 9.
Thought both sudes looked strong goig forwar, EL shawary and Rues ran the show for AF, but a strong and experienced middfiledfor MoZF proved to be vital in a well fought fair 2-2 draw

No Respek vs Sharona
2-2 Ba, Gerrard - Villa, Jeffren
1-2 Jelavic Jovetic, Villa
1-1 Debuchy - Villa
2-1
3-1
2-1
Total
11-8

Result
2-1
Ba, Debuchy - Villa

Two sides that set up to negate each other in this match but at the same time I don't feel that with the talent on display it can be a 0-0 draw! No Respek would have the bossing of the midfield but Sharona can really hurt them on the counter attack with Jeffren and Villa being supreme in the roles provided. Score draw, great game.
Deportivo wimn a close one, Bayern simply didn’t have enough centrally to get a real grip, most there play came outwide and grabbed a lead because of it, however they neverreally hadthe personal or the suns to hold on a deportivo come back to win.
Bit of an on the fence one for me. Respek played possession football, but Sharona had a lot of energy in their midfield and were able to chase. Bonucci took Pog, and marshalled him out of the game, but then Villa enjoyed a lot of success against Smalling. On the other side, Debuchy and Cole are tailor made for the roles they were given and Anyukov and Fuchs endured a tough afternoon
Both teams set up very well and it was difficult to split the sides. Demba Ba terrorized the defense and I like Ben Arfa in the free role. Gallas isn't good enough for me and Fletcher for me isn't in his best role as an out and out DM. So for me No Respek edge it, which may be harsh on Deportivo.

Deutschie vs Erch
2-2 Sterling, Huntelaar - Hummels, Benteke
1-1 Sterling - Arteta
1-2 Draxler; Kuba, Benteke
3-0
3-1 Tremulionas,Shawcross,Quagrialia - Hummels
1-2
Total
11-8

Result
2-1
Sterling, Huntelaar - Hummels

Deutschie were the better set up of the two although pointing out that Fan didn't know who he was playing was maybe a step too far. Both sides enjoy having wingers who are all over the fullbacks which leads to a high scoring draw. Deutschie rush into a two goal lead through Sterling and Draxlers work. However Erch hit back in the second half firstly through a header from Hummels and then a stunning strike from Benteke. Great game.
Quite an even game, thought SB had mreo control centrally an controlled that area, outwide was 50/50, des[pie IMO fielding a stronger side it ended ina draw due to superior tactics which led to a late equaliser for PtD.
Fan wins the battle of the mind games with a SAF style throw away comment, which brings the Keegan esque response from Viva. For me the midfield 3 of Bayern controlled the game and were too much for Ledesma and Gentner. Boateng dealt with Marin well, but I felt Kuba would have had success against Tremoulinas and that is what swung it for me
Benteke struggled against Shawcross and Rami who defended well, and Bayern lacked a bit of bite in midfield for me which left the forward isolated. They were not expecting two upfront in Quagliarella and Huntelaar which also messed them up. A well deserved win for Deutschie.

Anyone want to sign Paul Scholes from me?

Still a class player, but i'm trying to go down a different route so he would be available for cash.

Thank you Euro Division Homepage XLII - Page 7 3559488474

Glad to pick up the win, think someone got the games wrong seeing as they've marked Deportivo down as playing Bayern instead of myself Erm

Either way, taking that score away still gave me the edge.

A really tough match, well played Marky Hug

Cheers Azzy, I didn't expect much as you're one of the toughest sides in the league but was a good game.
