Re: Season 4 Homepage 1
My Condolences Marky.
I wouldn't worry to much as priority should be with your family, wife and kids first and foremost so it's a perfectly valid excuse, even though I wouldn't really call it an excuse. Voting as a deadline of tonight, so I'll be doing mine at some point so anything you can do would be excellent.
It's a shame you didn't get your show up as between 1-6 is a real close call with these PPV's deciding who makes the top 4. Hope to see you return next season.

Marky wrote:Apologies, i've been unable to focus on writing my PPV since the family bereavement I've been dealing with. Sounds like a poor excuse, but with all that happened, when I sat down to write I got nothing.
I accept a 0 points from the PPV voting, with Nick getting at least 1 for getting his show up. I'm not sure if i'll be voting, but I do want to say i'm sorry for delaying the WWA from it's natural conclusion and for any inconvenience i've caused.
I haven't been online (other than the social networks) for a good few days now, just because I was spending time with my wife and kids, a family death makes you think life's too short, so while I apologise, i'd do it again!
Hope you're all well
Sorry to hear that Marky, You haven't caused an inconvenience at all at times like this family comes 1st If you don't vote that's fine if you can that's great you don't have to do feedback if don't want to though

Well if he doesn't vote/give feedback then he's got a cheek to ask in the first place. I gave his show feedback as he requested so I would hope the favour is returned.

Re: Season 4 Homepage 1
PPV Feedback
CWF: The writing and the structure made everything flow together real nicely providing an excellent PPV from start to
finish. Although slightly short with the 4 match card, the main event more than made up for it, in what was my pick for best
main event, the bumps and story telling just made this exceptional, I honestlt thought we were going to see a happy ending,
but Stond Cold turning changed the dynamics. It's hard to find anything negative about this as it was the perfect send
off to a great season, I hope JJ returns next season.
XPW: A much improved effort with a lot of detail and storytelling provided in each match. Even though slightly graphic, the
PPV stuck to it's theme selling the matches making a promising PPV. The match card itself was up there with the best with
plenty of questions and swerves throughout. My question is how/why did Ambrose/MCMG turn and what happens next with the
American Wolves?
XPW
*Detail of the matches was very good, liked how it was all set up
*Good interlinked story through the night with Russo/Laurinaitis
*Loved the brutal Elgin/Hero bout in a unique concept, big point scorer
*Top quality swerve to end the show
*Not a lot wrong with this show at all. Every feud had a climax or left you with more questions. Build was solid and there was no real throwaway contests that did not serve a purpose
nXtreme: Sizzler of an opener which set the tone for the rest of the PPV. Show was written superbly from start to finish
with the matches and segments geling well together. The main event conlcluded what was an superb angle from start to finish
I'd love to see what happens next season if this angle carries on. There were plenty of twists durning the PPV, The big Zeke
revail, although suprizing kind of hurt the match as I felt the styles wouldn't click so well.
nXtreme
*The build of McIntrye has been sensational, exactly how I would like to see WWE utilize him, major props for a great opener.
*Backstage segments told a great story, fulfilled their purpose
*Not sure on the Hell in a Cell gimmick to be honest but I could imagine it all the same. A true war between Goldberg and Lashley, would happily have watched it whether I thought the stip was right or not.
*The Army storyline has been one of the best storylines in the whole season, fantastic booking.
*Didn’t think Trish would win but that title match was off the scale, loved it.
*Shocker in the main event as Cena retained, but the sort of swerve that gets everyone talking.
*Another great PPV and judging these is proving almost impossible. It is so hard to find criticism and anything I do say will just seem petty as there is hardly anything to pick up on.
ASWF: Show seemed ok, there was plenty of build up for each feud with some good matches to look forward to. The TLC was
a personal highlight, was a great until the run in which hurt the match IMO, these guys had been at war for weeks but the
twist fizzed out the whole angle, The attack seeemed slightly random without a purpose. Apart from that, as the weeks have
past the shows have adapated and improved with the EC chamber match showcasing this. If nick does return next season, he's
defo got somthing to build upon.
ASWF
*Each match had a decent build up and made sense, rivalries had purpose
*More segments and buildup for the big matches was necessary for me
*Didn’t buy the interruption during the Benoit/Guerrero match. Big swerve but didn’t work for me. Those names just were not believable as a faction.
*Main Event was very solid and a feel-good moment to end the show.
*Decent effort from ASWF and a good way to end the season.
MWF: Putting aside that a few of the matches had gimmicks thrown in at the last second, I think I'm coiming around to enjoying
the british style of wrestling thanks to Tooze. Reading the Williams/Angle match showcased fantastic writing in a different
wrestling enviorment in what made an enterating match-up. The main event delivered with Antonio Cesaro looking like a genuine
champion carrying the company into next season. I look forward to seeing what pans out for MWF next season
MWF
*If it was just down to the matches alone then this PPV would win hands down, what a lineup and such sensational stories told inside the ring.
*Do think Tooze could make more use of backstage segments and such to build but I think he prefers to concentrate on in-ring action and I can appreciate that.
*The SCUM story has been very good and I find it difficult to pick many faults once again.
*There was a great pace and mixture of matches, set out at believable intervals. A fast paced high-flying match, pure wrestling, women’s match, ladder match, street fight, tag team and more pure wrestling…I would love to see this show.
PWI
*Probably the best all-round wrestling show in the mix, would pay everytime for one of Enigma’s shows.
*Love the BLKOUT storyline and their dominance through the roster
*The build of Adam Cole has been superbly done and I wish that main event had actually taken place.
*Daniels vs Jericho is always a winner.
*Even the impromptu match had a storyline behind it and that scores big points. PPV needs buildup and there wasn’t one match on this card that didn’t make sense.
*Backstage segments tied it all together brilliantly

Re: Season 4 Homepage 1
I couldn't agree more.
The hardest decision ever to pick the winner of the PPV so I am so pleased with that result.
Been a pleasure to be a part of this season of WWA and the level of writing has been sublime by all.
Special mention to Tooze and Nando for putting the effort into running this for us all.
Thanks guys and congrats to everyone who has been a part of this season, been brilliant guys.

Yeah we will go for semi finals and final since that is how we have finished every season so far
I need to know if the top 4 want to keep the rosters they had for the season proper or have new rosters like last season

I'd like a new roster please tooze (presuming I made top 4 - which could be dangerous!) I think its a great extra challenge. First show the 15th I presume?
