If America could get a decent side together with him in it...

Re: This guy is fast
Being the kicker converting his tries is easy. They're just about all under the posts
Aye, he's a bit nippy.

10.13 for the 100m apparently. Nice.
Graham Morrison takes 10.13 minutes to cover the same distance.

Re: This guy is fast
That is some pace, but can be simply nullified in the proper game!
There are plenty of players who near that speed, wasn't Ugo Monye a sub 10.5 sprinter at one point?
Malcolm could go sub 10 seconds but was never able to crack a team game.
He is extremely agile for his speed though, and his agility is his biggest weapon, plenty of players can negate straight line speed with a soldid defence position but to negate agility takes agility, and most players cannot manufacture theirs to anywhere near that standard, ask anyone trying to snag Shane Williams

It's not just the speed, but the balance - it's like watching a slightly quicker version of Shane.

I was impressed with the hand off against SA. I know he was in a good position for it but even so. wonder if he qualifies for Scotland...

Even more impressive as he's only been playing something like 8 weeks. The hand off and the steps he uses to get round players are really impressive for a new guy, and chasing down that NZ player as well.

There is another thread on the Union homepage called Carlin Isles covering this - MODS CAN YOU MERGE THE TWO PLEASE?
PS Yes, he is a little bit nippy. Still, a swift kick in the chuckies early doors and he won't run round you again for the rest of the game. As WJM (I think) said, get your retaliation in first.
