Fights we don't need to see in 2013
Rumours abound that Mosley will come out of retirement and fight Malignaggi next year. Very sad if it turns out to be true as I suspect it will be driven by an absolutely flat broke Mosley who was cleaned out in the divorce courts. He was already pretty punch drunk in my opinion by the time he retired and fighting on may reap some financial rewards but money's not much use if you're not compos mentis enough to enjoy it!
Any other potential horror shows on the horizon in 2013 that we could really do without? Haye - Vitali gets my vote. A fight we really don't need to see, that in years to come will tell us nothing about either fighter's legacy.

If you can lose that kind of cash you've got some real problems.
Cleverly vs Hopkins is one no one needs to see
Marquez vs Mayweather is a possibility that will be identical to the 1st fight I imagine

Bute vs Froch II
Wlad vs Haye II
Ward vs Kessler II even if Kessler takes out Froch
Burns vs any domestic fighter, including Rees
Groves vs Froch
Canelo vs a welterweight or LWW
Chavez vs Martinez II, only way Chavez wins is if Martinez slips dramatically, Macklin and barker deserve a rematch more than he does
Mayweather vs Pacquiao/Marquez

I believe a lot of these high profile divorce agreements guarantee spouses ridiculous future payments, especially if there are children involved.

Heather Mills demanded something like a couple of hundred grand a month for their child. Had Macca not been so stinking rich, there's every chance we'd see him in with Cleverley next year

Irrelevant, divorce courts are even more a joke over there than here. His ex(es?) will basically have a charge against all his future earnings. That psycho that killed those school kids for example, his mum was a weirdo who'd been divorced by her banker/financier partner several years earlier - and he was still paying her $100k pa in alimony. Absolute joke.
Marrying without a pre-nup these days is an absolute minefield.
Re the OP: Manny-Floyd. Worthless fight now, Foyd will win (as he probs would have in 09/10, only in better fashion now) and his ego will be even more unbearable.

It's women that are killing it.
Scrap alimony, lifetime payments, 50:50 splits etc. That'll put the love back into marriage.

Me too, but in all other cases a pre-nup is essential. How did you bag yourself a winner then Sean? AA meeting?

Neither Macklin nor Barker 'deserve' a rematch with Maravilla.WHU_Champo_League_in_7Yrs wrote:

Sergio had to lower himself to fight them the first time, with Chavez and WBC messing him around. He KOd both of them.
Now he's got his WBC belt back, Macklin or Barker wouldn't last 6 rounds.
