Was getting worried the record of 11 points in the PL was going to be broken.

I watch about the same - but make sure i catch some of RC Lens - as i think their youth system is one of the best in the world at the moment.

Do you follow any teams or?

Morning all

Great win for QPR last night, I don't mind them winning that because I hate Chelsea so much. Liverpool looking good recently, Suarez really is becoming the player they thought they'd signed! Gerrard is playing magnificently as well, some beautiful assists in recent games.

El Dios, I was a huge fan of Lille until this season, since when the club has been woefully mis-managed and they're suffering on the pitch as a result. Last game of theirs I saw was the 1-0 loss to Marseille, which wasn't fun to watch. I really like their midfield - Payet, Martin, Mavuba, Pedretti - shame those guys haven't followed Debuchy to the Prem really.

Morning, have bet on Crawley Town to beat Reading 4-2 this weekend in the FA Cup at 80/1 after dreaming that's what happened last night. You never know... (Ok, I do know, it won't happen, but still!)

Typical that they sign the Sporting Lisbon defender in time, when their defence was the vulnerable area for us! Hopefully Reading give him a debut as it will be a real culture shock with Gary Alexander backing into him all day and with the pitch being so boggy!

I could see Mavuba being the one of those that moves. He is a cheaper and equally effective alternative to M'Vila so someone like Arsenal may take him.

I guess neither Payet or Martin have been there long enough to move just yet, although maybe in the summer if Lille continue to suffer. Pedretti is probably too old for someone to take him to a big league now

Norwich have been linked with a whole bunch of players today of which the strongest rumours seem to be Danny Graham and Beram Kayal! (I'd doubt Kayal with the CL football Celtic offer)

On the contrary, I think Pedretti could be a valuable asset to someone like Albion, Newcastle, Everton even. He's a young 32, look at Scholes, Giggs, Lampard still going strong. He could do a decent job for the right team.

Payet and Martin should both have been picked up by a Fulham / Sunderland type team, they would be great for either team and would get the £££ they wouldn't in France.

There are plenty of teams in Europe struggling for money, I want to see Premier League teams pillaging the continent for talent Euro Division Homepage XLIV - Page 2 3559488474

Fans do annoy me sometimes (particularly Norwich ones) in that we are linked to some African player who nobody has ever heard of or watched before, we see a Youtube clip of him and suddenly he is the messiah and a must buy.

Gets on my jubblies

Don't get me wrong, he would do a job. What I mean is these days clubs look a lot at potential sell on value.

If Lille continue to suffer, then Mavuba, Martin and Payet are definately the crown jewels that would get interest (with Debuchy gone). Maybe also Chedjou (sp?)

In fact, how much are those Lille players on TM (can't get on). They could be some bargain signings.

Lucas Digne looks like he could turn out to be a decent player, he'd be a cheaper buy with a long-term development into a top player. A possible replacement for Leighton Baines even Wink

Funnily enough I spoke about signing Digne with Viva a few months back, but we came to the conclusion that he was just too unknown for the league.

But I agree. He is a great crosser and his workrate is phenomenal.

The other ones I have just thought of, are ones I can't remember their names!! The guy that Rennes signed in the summer from Clermont, who is getting goals and assists, and also the one that Marseille just robbed from Valenciennes. Anyone?

Tis the one Ok!

He has been great for Valencienne this season. The main reason for their league position - this year's Younes Belhanda!!

Who's the Rennes guy? I vaguely remember thinking he was Italian when I first saw him, so it might be an Italian sounding name?

I hate some of QPR's players - Hill, Derry, Taarrraaaaaabbbt, Cisse, Park - but I like Granero, I like Julio Cesar, and I really like their kit (because it's ours turned on its side...)

I'd also like Harry to be kept at a rubbish team, so we don't hear him all the time. I can't stand the man.
