India hold back Test Cricket again

The ICC wished to change the current stance on DRS to where the home side had the choice over DRS and both didn't have to agree. Every member agreed, bar the BCCI. Why is this sad and pathetic Test Nation called India being allowed to hold back the game? Why don't the ICC put their foot down?

Because the BCCI actually run the game and the ICC who are nothing more than the BCCI's slaves!
