Euro Division - FIFA13 tournament

We will find out who is the real FIFA Champion of the Euro Division, once and for all.

Each game will take place with Swansea v Norwich. You will play each other manager twice - in one game you will be Norwich, in the other you will be Swansea - in a round robin.

Is it possible to do screenshots or will we need to operate totally on an honesty basis?

What would be best when it came to picking the sides each player uses - free choice? I mean if Cherries plays as Bournemouth and loses to Viva as Barcelona, that isn't really showing Viva is the better player I guess?

Put me in, PS3 BOOM but I refuse to play Viva until he sorts his poor internet connection out.

XBOX. I refuse to play FUT teams though. I like the idea of the custom teams, Cherries would be massively handicapped

it'll probably be fairly ad-hoc, over a period. I'm thinking that I'll do a round robin style and then for each fixture, it can be played whenever both managers can be online at the same time and you are not waiting for other matches to be completed.

I vote for FUT only where you make your team from here.

The whole having Gold/Silver players and not perfect chemistry adds a nice feel to the competition seeing as they are our team we have chosen to buy on here.

Id enter but Shaktar aren't on the game so id be missing a key part of my squad therefore corrupting the result

Azzy, FUT is the easiest way for everyone to get their Euro Division squad. You wont need to edit your current FUT side, just start a new squad.

Alternatively, just make it Premier League sides or something.

You have to have two opponents of similar ability though if you're doing real life teams.

I'm not doing FUT because it involves spending my hard-earned FUT coins on something other than my actual squad. I'm not doing it. Go ahead and do FUT if you want, but whoever wins the so-called tourney won't be the undisputed King of Fifa (XBOX-style), because they won't have played ME.

Can you decide between yourselves the best way of doing the teams as not having any console or the game, I have no idea a) what would be best or b) what is even possible?

I will co-ordinate the fixtures etc, but as soon as it enters FIFA13 technicalities I will struggle

Azzy, you can sell the players again after. You can always make more coins on FUT. its not that hard. Just enter the Best of the Best online tourny, 4 matches and you win 7.5k + 500+ per match, I wont overall total of 10k coins in 4 matches.

I don't even play FUT anymore Zebs, it's boring and people just abuse pace. It really is boring.

Its only me and zidane on ps3 and ive beaten him every single time its clear to see im the ps3 king. I'm guessing I'm in the final waiting for the xbox champ. Ill thrash whoever it is.

With only two competitors it's pointless doing the PS3 tourney. It's just an invitation for one of your to claim to be the best, when you have only played each other.


Feel free to play each other, but it doesn't really need a tourney.

Now Viva, you need to enter the XBOx tourney instead to earn any bragging rights...

How about I select two sides that I deem to be of a similar level, and aren't too galaticos, and all games can take part using those sides?

For example, Southampton and Wigan.

You would then play each other player twice, once as Southampton and once as Wigan.

So it's a choice - have your little 4-man FUT tourney and not be the true king of FIFA( XBOX-style), or be real men and do a proper tourney so me and Nando can take part

I actually like the idea of picking two similar level teams, who play different styles, then you play everyone twice (once with each team). That will be a true test of good you are at the game, not just at one style of play or with certain players.
