Euro Division - FIFA13 tournament

First topic message reminder :

We will find out who is the real FIFA Champion of the Euro Division, once and for all.

Each game will take place with Swansea v Norwich. You will play each other manager twice - in one game you will be Norwich, in the other you will be Swansea - in a round robin.

I dominated the entire game but only scored the winner in injury time!

Trebs had a good few chances too.

Completely disagree, I was dominating till you got the equalizer against the run of play.

Great game, very close, I hit the post, Trebs missed sa pen when 1-0 and 10mins left, then another late injury time goal. Well played mate

Trebs you joker, that second half of the first game you didn't touch the ball except to hoof it clear. Dominant.

And the second game Vorm hardly made a save. A superb double save on a 5-on-2, then the penalty (which was me saving it not Vorm). Your keeper was by far the busier, including when you nearly scored that bullet own goal header

Azzy, when you scored it was all you but before that I had all the play.

Second game I remember Vorm making quite a few good saves, couldn't believe I didn't score.

If that counts as a bullet, I'd be very interested to hear your description of a gun

1st game: Trebs on top for first 20mins, then all me after that. I had about 20 shots that game, you had about 5.

2nd game: you had all the possession in the first 35mins, but did very little with it. It was only after I scored just before half time that you started to attack and get chances, at which point it was end to end stuff. A great game. The pen was soft, I saved it anyway, then you committed too many men forward and I got the 2nd goal.

If you remember it differently please enlighten us all

A tale of two halves. Norwich dominated the first half and led 4-1 at the break. Swansea were the better of the two after the break but couldn't break Norwich down, Norwich grabbing a late 5th on the counter.

Cherries agreed 9pm for our games, it's gone 9:30pm, and he's no showed. I demand 2 default wins as I went to a lot of trouble to be playing Xbox tonight considering the issue of sharing a tv with the wife.

I also say in accordance with the new rules regarding non participation, that Cherries is docked points

Wholly unfair, I have to take responsibility for my baby boy waking up and now i'm 3-0 down at HT in the 2nd game. Very harsh.

grrr Frak ref am down to 9 men last man challenges and we're back to 3-3 with 10 mins to go

4-3 win

Marky wins 4-3 after some dodgy refeering down to 9 with 30 mins to go then got done by dyer/routledges pace with a lack of men to stop them after being out passed

Ironically the reason my son woke up was probably my own volume during the first game

Not sure those decisions were that dodgy, ref was harsh though, and yeah I did pace abuse but at least I played Holt when Norwich, Simeon Jackson is purely there for pace

admittedly both were when you have rounded the keeper but the ball was going away from goal < that's my excuse should of been yellow yeah i went full pace abuse with garrido my main target as swansea and the whole defence with norwich

If you must know, I got back to 3-1, then I got a penalty and he got a red card for 3-2, another penalty and red card for 3-3, then the winner was inevitable
