Euro Division - FIFA13 tournament

First topic message reminder :

We will find out who is the real FIFA Champion of the Euro Division, once and for all.

Each game will take place with Swansea v Norwich. You will play each other manager twice - in one game you will be Norwich, in the other you will be Swansea - in a round robin.

I've been back on FUT this weekend, my 3-5-2 works pretty well on there. Having a midfield three of Xavi, Muller and Schweinsteiger means it's pretty hard to stop me coming through the middle

I do 5-2-1-2. Marchisio and Vidal with Robinho advanced

We arranged it for Friday, mainly because I have been playing Fifa all weekend, and mainly because i'm working late shifts all week and am unable to play any evening this week.

I think on the basis on that and that the seasons starting it should count as 2 default wins for Marky

I'm not, I start at 11am and finish 8:30pm, home close to 10pm. And still have to get up with the kids at 6am, but that's another story.

I agree GSC, I am not ducking Cherries, he has no valid excuse for not informing me beforehand he couldn't get online.

To add, when I looked at half 9 on Friday, CHERRIESFAN was online "3 hours ago".

I agree, but the whole point of this tournament is for the bragging rights and winning by default does not give you that.

The tournament does not have a finite timescale and was always about when both players could be on. There was never any mention of default wins when managers didn't show as that wasn't the point or set-up of the tourney.

Therefore, you play at a time that is convenient to you both and in the meanwhile, bragging rights are held back.

To paraphrase, the fact he agreed to come on and didn't is wholly irrelevant

It was all set to finish on Friday and he no showed. I wont have time to play properly for quite a while due to work and family plans next weekend, hence we arranged it for Friday.
