Our UK Mail carries isn't coming in today. They used "the van has broke down" as an excuse. Meaning the fat driver is cold & cant be arsed doing his job for the rest of the day because the snow has scared him.
Trains are all over the place, depending where in the country you are its either cancellations or delays.

TBF even if Celtic had accepted, I couldn't see Hooper moving to Norwich. It would be a step down IMO, especially with the CL games coming up
