Rhyne Williams goes down to Florian Mayer

Another great youngster in my watch list went down in 5 sets to another old gaurd. I see him as a great potential both skill wise and ethic wise, its unfortunate after having a great start to the match he couldn't last longer and went down tamely in the 5th set.

No idea how long do we have to wait to see a fit and quality together in youngsters.

Btw do you know what happened to Jack Sock? my another favourite upcoming star, he impressed in the USO but didn't hear anything about him on AO, did he not qualify? or is he out with some injury or is he hiding some where in the draw.

Thx for the info IMBL , but was he in the qualification rounds? or did he just not take part at all.

let me check.

He retired in the first round of AO qualifying due to injury, he was 1 set all against PAUL CAPDEVILLE until that point

Tats a shame, he is one of those youngsters who got talent, right attitude as well fitness.
