Showing them far too much respect, why are we sitting so deep? Arsenal's defence is all over the place, attack them!

undeserved, but spurs are level. our counter attacking best. balls played out and on the half way line defoe knocks it on for bale who runs 60 yards through 2/3 players and rifles it past the keeper. ill take that

This has been a game off 2 halves. We need to find that first half form again otherwise they'll score again, Walcott is in lethal touch.

If only Walcott was signed rather than Sturridge who had a really poor game today, even when we were at top he just looked off the pace.
Riodgers needs to make a change, Downing off for Sterling.

At least he dropped Joe Allen, the worlds most pointless footballer. Fair play to the kid though, earns a stack load if money for passing to a CB.

I'm undecided about de Gea. He has potential but he's making mistakes every game just now and they're costing goals. I never saw the one at WHL but apparently it was a poor punch, he's made a bad mistake tonight and there have been others. He's a very good shot stopper but I'm starting to give up on him.

Really good performance from us tonight and a good point which keeps us 7 points clear of relegation!
Holtby came on for Spurs and got them ticking. Bale's goal was pretty good tbf

Pray for Southampton? All those players and Southampton still have 57% possession and 20 shots to Man u's 11 with even Fergie saying they were lucky!
Are Man u ever going to dominate a game this season, winning comfortably? Every game is always a struggle. I have never seen stats like that with a team top of the league at home against a team battling relegation.

Three correct results there.
My mate stuck a £5 double on Arsenal 2 - 2 Liverpool and Everton 2 - 1 West Brom and won £755! 150/1 double. If you were to throw Reading v Chelsea in that the odds would have at least 1000/1
Missed a trick there James

I know, it's rather embarrassing. Carrick had a stinker and he seems to be the lynchpin this season.

indeed i did, im pretty good at predicting results. i wiped the floor with everyone at the euro's. maybe i should give it a go. which games do i pick though. i wouldnt have stopped at those 3 games. if id added the man utd game for example, i would of won nothing. the odds are slim enough as it is

Hearing rumours that we might be in for a swap deal, Bent for Jones.
Have signed Sylla from french second division side Clermont Foot.
Would have liked some experience in there, to help us in our struggle.

Phil Hay @PhilHayYEP
From what I understand, the deal between #lufc and Norwich was: Steve Morison + roughly £200k = Luciano Becchio.
From a local Leeds reporter, and the local reporters round here saying it too! If that's true we've mugged them off if they value Becchio at £3.5m

Pick 4 results and do it in a Lucky 15

According to Redknapp Samba has actually taken a pay cut to move to QPR, most likely to get away from the racist abuse in Russia.

I know thats going to be brilliant money in the championship.
Strange character Samba, he was made well aware of the racist abuse that he was to face even from the home fans and still went.
I can't give their leagues the time of day until they start making in roads there. (although that is a little ironic after our own recent problems!)

No, he was on 100k a week at Anzhi, if Redknapp is to believed he has taken a pay cut from that. Reports had been saying that he was keeping the same wages, this seems to be not the case.

So in the course of the past few days Peter Odemwingie has gone from being a very respected footballer playing for a good club in West Brom, to being the laughing stock of football after failing to get QPR to sign him!
Fair play to the lad, he'll enjoy training tomorrow!

To be fair I think they need to get to the bottom of it, he seemed fairly genuine on ssn.
If he's gone on his Todd then he does need a slap but god knows what his agents told him.

Whilst agents will have played a part in it, apparently he ranted at QPR on Twitter the other day and was fined for that.

Yeah, he was obviously trying to force the move through. On the one hand, while I can respect West Brom for sticking to their guns and not letting a player push them around, they're no stuck with a player who probably won't play, paying his wages and watching his value go down every day.

Re: 2012/13 Premier League discussion thread part 3
Two huge games coming up for us next. QPR away tomorrow and Fulham at home after that. Should be targeting 3 points from that, but I hope we can get 4.
If we can win tomorrow it will go such a long way to survival. Will mean a 14 point gap over QPR so we won't really have to worry about them catching us (unless it all goes t!ts up!) but if we lose it's an 8 point gap and we are peeking over our shoulders!
TALK ABOUT A 6 POINTER BAH GAWD!!!
(I'd snap your hand off at a point right now btw for tomorrow)

Re: 2012/13 Premier League discussion thread part 3
No I'm not! Me and my friends decided about a year ago to try and cherry pick games we might win (as we had never seen Norwich win away in about 5 attempts) so have been doing that and have failed miserably (losses at Fulham twice, WBA once, Stoke once, takes us upto 9 games without a win!)
So we've now decided to go for the trips out, so Man Utd away is the next one for us
