Cowboys are traditionally "America's team" and have a ridiculously big stadium as you say

Their stadium is great, a big asset. But they aren't a successful team and haven't been since the 90s. In NFL terms there are sides I would have ahead of them in value.

The Cowboys are the biggest franchise in the NFL easily. The brand appeal sets them apart, people know who the Cowboys are even if they don't follow AF.

Liverpool havent won a league title in my lifetime but they're still a massive brand. Success and brand power doesn't necessarily tie together.
