Azzy, there's to be 2 leagues of 6, everyone plays everyone home and away. And from tomorrow midday, the TP limit is £19.5m and the players from the 4 dissolved teams also become available (excluding those who are over the £19.5m TP limit)

This is the first I've heard of it. In all the suggestions for changes, this was never brought up by anyone. Why all of a sudden the change?

They have to be born on or after 12th February 1992 to be U21.

In order to encourage tactics and voting submissions on time, we are also introducing the points deduction suggestion.

So as before, if you don't submit tactics you get a default loss, but you also now get a 1 point deduction.

If you don't vote, you also get a 1 point deduction. (i.e. so if you do neither, you lose two points).

The only exception to this is when you know you are not around (e.g. holidays/days off) and you have posted this on Viva's holiday/days off page ahead of the event

It's nothing new.

The U21 status in all competitions on here and IRL is always the date of the start of the competition, and changes for each new start. Otherwise you could have someone who is 24* at the end of season 3 still be classed as an U21

I wouldn't have thought that would need to have been discussed as it's common sense surely?

Cup Final tactics posted. Votes to be sent to me only, deadline is Monday at 7pm, results to be posted Monday night. £2.5m for those who vote, nothing for those who don't. No reminders, the votes by 7pm Monday will be final. To answer Gregers' question that Afro answered earlier, the runner up gets £5m, the winner gets the prestigious TSJ Double D Cup and £10m. Good luck to both Gregers and Sodhat.

Currently have votes from myself, Afro, Trebs, Azzy, Viva and Nando.

No votes as yet from Cherries, CF, El Dios and Zebs. Easy £2.5m for your budget if you vote by 7pm tonight on the one game.

I'll lose Caulker as a U21 but still have four, including Shaw.

The problem in re-doing the rule EVERY season is that there aren't enough U21s coming through IRL, which will weaken the quality of the Cherries Cup.

It's pretty straightforward Azzy. Your U21's have to be under 21 at the start of the season. The date moves to be accurate at the start of the new season. It'll be the same for the start of Season 3.

And there'll always be loads of U21 players out there, it's about picking the right ones.

There will be a point where you can't change, but that will depend on when El Dios gets his done and you still have time atm

Do a draft and say everyone gets 1 pick could use it as star player bid but inside the tp limit then let chaos begin Whistle

No, I think having them in TP's limits them to 2 per team per week and means there's plenty to go around.

A draft was another option, but we are sticking with the original plan. No need to change it now.

And as Marky says, it's 2 per team, so only 12 players will go this week. These can come from either the dissolved teams or the increase in the limit, so plenty available

Just a little reminder to people ahead of the increase in the TP limit/the players from the dissolved club becoming available.

The squad limit is 25 players. If you are at this number of players, you cannot buy anyone from TPs without selling/releasing someone else first

They go back into the open market at midday tomorrow, so fall into the normal TP criteria for anyone wishing to buy them.

I'll find the list of prize money, but I think you get £10m
