Garcia vs Judah

Various sites are reporting that Garcia is trying to pull out of this fight on Febuary 9th. Nothing has been mentioned of injuries and of course it could just be a rumour.

Announcement likely to be made on Monday seemingly

Sounds very odd, Showtime have put alot of effort into hyping it and last night they were talking about the bout throughout the Matthysse bill so its obviously taken them by surprise

Garcia and Judah both made the 30 day weigh in (150 and 151 respectively) so I doubt its to do with weight which many are thinking it could be

Injury? Always a possibility

Maybe its just to get into Zab's head, which seems a good move as Zab has reacted furiously. Angel is also the type to try to win the psychological battle like he did against khan

Not disappointing at all. Hopefully Garcia will fight Peterson and the winner fight Khan for all the belts.

I reckon the fight wasn't selling and he wants out for a more lucrative fight.

I'd love Garcia to rematch Khan and the winner fights Mattysse at the end of the year.

Well that would be better, but I hear that Garcia vs Judah is just being postponed until April, so, yep, it's disappointing.

It's officially been rescheduled until April so it must be a legit injury as why else would he pull out to fight the same guy 2 months

If rescheduled then must be legit. I assumed he wanted out for a bigger payday

judah still holds the win over matteysse (result only but there you go) so garcia will be looking to prove a point there, i think its a legit injury.
