Exeter Chiefs have appointed England U20 coach, Rob Hunter, as Forwards Coach for next season: http://www.exeterchiefs.co.uk/news/hunter-joins-the-chiefs/ - the former Northampton Saints and London Scottish player is expected to take up his position at the end of this season's U20 6Ns commitments. Great coach, delighted with this hire

Good appointment. Who is he replacing?

Any guess who the RFU will turn to next? I'd drive Matt O'Connor down for an interview at HQ.

He's replacing Rob Gibson, who's been part-time - he's going to focus his attention on one of the attached academy colleges over at Bicton

Excellent news that Scays and young Jack Yeandle have extended their contracts by two and one years respectively. Scays has for me been one of the top 7s in the prem for the last couple of years and has just been so reliable - deemed to be a bit long in the tooth, he doesn't get a look in onthe international scene which is just fine by me! Yeandle was originally signed as a project player for this season, but with injuries to Whitehead and Alcott, he's found himself in a position to grab his opportunity and is fully deserving of an extension

TJ, Gonzo and Naqer next pls, Mr Baxter

Dave Lewis joins from Glaws too -- he will compete with Haydn Thomas and Will Chudley for the 9 jersey, and I would imagine that we'll be saying good bye to one of Kevin Barrett or Junior Polu or possible both.
