I forgot this game was on so I only caught the last ten minutes.

I saw,
20 scrums, a Force player sent to the bin, and 20 more scrums, then it was full time.

The first half was better. Close in the end. I thought the Chiefs would score a few times near the end but they either blew their chances or were impeded by the Force.

You cannot have a more contrasting half than that, every chip, pass, tackle, ruck, whatever the Reds did in that half worked, where as the Sharks nothing they did worked.

It isn't like the Sharks aren't playing rugby, it is just that every important pass is mistimed, every kick misses the mark, it would have been hilarious if it wasn't a team from SA.

Great game to watch. Reds are looking very dangerous again this year.

As you say Biltong, the Sharks never really recovered and made too many errors.

As a Crusaders fan, I can live with this result.

There's Australia's answer to how can rugby compete with other codes and sports. Just play them and watch them simultaneously.

Yeah Rebels could've folded but they took something out of the game with the last try. You have to admire that spirit and that may well explain their much improved fortunes this year.

We need to leapfrog the Bulls and the Blues. Both wear blue so I think that's an omen and I don't mean they will make the Crusaders feel blue. They'll be feeling as well as wearing blue because they don't make the finals.

Wow whoever decided on the name Rebels for that lot was on the money, what a gutsy gutsy performance for a team missing two of their big stars.

It will be interesting to see if Higginbotham can maintain this form next month when he plays you know who. Something tells me that the Brits might undersestimate this boy.

What about Shota Horie? Great to see him on the run on side. He lasted 49 mins which must have made him feel 10' tall!
