what is the catch as catch can style of wrestling? i know all of the others i think but this one i have never really known what it is. i have heard jim ross say it on commentary and it has also been mentioned on other threads on this forum.......so what is catch as catch can?

It's what a lot of Americans refer to as the European style of wrestling. It's exactly what it sounds like; hooking a limb or a joint as and when the opportunity presents itself.
