Dragons fiddling attendance figures?

Acording to the Magners League website the Dragons have listed their attendance for the Cardiff game as 5,568. Surely having watched the game this is not correct the stadium looked packed out on the tv and the supporters very vocal. Secondly the stadium actually holds 11,676 so surely their not declaring their walk up attendance to the tax man?
Was anyone there could they clear up this please?

BLUES MATCH SOLD OUT

Tomorrow's Magners League derby clash between the Dragons and the Blues has now sold out.

A capacity crowd will be raising the roof at Rodney Parade as the Men of Gwent will look to avenge the 43-21 loss at the Cardiff City Stadium back in September.

Although no more tickets are available you can still be part of the Rodney Parade match day experience by joining us in the Clubhouse bar to watch the match on the big screen. The bar will be open from 11am tomorrow with the match kicking off at 16:05.

You are aware that we are missing a stand yeah? So that accounts for only being able to have 5500 in. It is the definite capacity at present. 10/11000 was when all stands were up.

Yes im aware redevelopment is taking place however dont stadiums normally have 4 stands? so how do you lose 50% of your stadium from 1 stand?
Ive never been to Rodney Parade so dont you have stands behind the goal posts?

Because we knocked down one main stand (Argus) and the family stand and have only built up a temporary terrace. It really isn't hard to find these things out for yourself. Quite why after a game like last night the only article you could come up with is Dragons fiddling attendance figure is beyond me.
