England need to bring on Care, his speed can bring havoc the French scrap defence, they've not been truly challenged behind their defensive line all day.

That's the touchjudge's job to flag for Cole doing that. I can't stand passive touchjudging. I thought penalty France, then from the reset it goes freekick England and indirectly they score from it.
