Submissions On WWE 13

Anyone else find this difficult as phuck? I have it on easy mode as I am going through the Attitude Era and I cannot get the hang of it. I was Shawn Micheals and had to beat the British Bulldog. I get bonus points if I won by submission but I couldnt get it going. Next one I was Cactus Jack and had to face Triple H in a Falls Count Anywhere match. I gave him a battering but he got one submission on me and the bar flew up despite me moving sticks and pressing buttons as frantically as possible. I failed that challenge and need to go again but does anyone have an idea how you do submissions cuz at the moment is a complete load of bullschitt and will end up costing me quite a few matches.

You just need to bash the main four buttons as quick as possible, think Track & Field! This is the same whether you are in a submission or have one locked on, I usually use two hands and go for all buttons!

You can also use the left stick to try and move towards the ropes for a rope break when in a submission. This obviously depends on where you are in the ring on whether it will work or not.

Just threaten to attack his wife Diana and he'll quit. She's in the game right?

I did it, just make sure his damage is critical on the area of the body you target with the submission.

Just mash the buttons as fast as you can, also just bear in mind that if your stuck in the hold for a lengthy period of time with out tapping, escaping or reaching the ropes then you'll auto tap as the "pain" will be too great for too long. Sort of like Triple H vs Lesnar at Summerslam. The previous years you would auto escape instead.

Bulldog will tap, just kick the s*** out of him first.

I've never had trouble with submissions on legendary, unless its a finisher submission and I've been beaten up badly.

I got this game for Christmas, played it twice, the graphics are superb but the game play was murder, couldn't get the hang of it at all, not looked at it since boxing day

Should have kept going at it, gts easier to get your timings and whilst its faulty simple its great fun doing rumbles etc.

The thing I enjoyed most was the attitude era, not for the gameplay but for the history lesson. Having to play the matches kind of got in the way so I just downloaded the Attitude Era DVD instead
