Okay just a bit of fun.

What do you think, or have experienced as being the most painful submission hold to be caught in??

I do Ju Jitsu myself, and theres a move called a hold down with double arm lock, It is like a crucifix pin, but slightly different. Both arms held and rotated, tis an absolute killer.
