Azzy, I sincerely hope this isn't petulence on your part due to the whole ZZZ goalkeeper thing. Its obvious you signed Hilario and Richard Wright to stitch up ZZZ but Sodhat made a decision in the best interests of the league and I respect that.

If the runners agree I'd suggest cancelling the transfers of Hilario/Wright and you get your money back and they return to releases. Seeing as everyone knows you didn't sign them for footballing reasons!

If you're genuinely quitting because you couldn't make a quick profit on two poor goalkeepers, or because someone in a different league to you got away with a minor contravene of the rules, then that's pretty childish and I think you're better than that.

Marky is spot on.

Azzy has clearly has some issues. While its obvious he did what he did to stitch me up, my plans were not to waste a TP singing & cash on a player I need for 1 week then cant get rid of unless I accept half his value.
I was considering playing a random player in goal (The Super Jack Cork) with 5 at the back, in fact I was 90% sure on doing that.

Now from what it seems Azzy is having a hissy fit because his attemps to stitch me up have gone wrong.
Let be real here, If I had to buy a keep off Azzy or play some random player in goal what do you think I would of done?

Now in light of all this, I haven't abused Azzy since my return to a more active status. There has been some passionate discussion regarding real football but I have not once abused him. Yet he persists on having an issue with me.

Enjoy the league all. I Quit. Ill be around, just cant be bother with petty childish games because someone has a grudge on what is supposed to be a fun pretend manager league.
Ive known some of you for a long time now, 3/4 years, its always been fun but someone is sucking the fun out of it so I see little point continuing until that changes.

On that note though and I'm no longer a runner but a suggestion of being able to bring in an emergency loan keeper like teams in real life can do isn't unreasonable. Can't be a decent keeper by any stretch of the imagination but at least to give teams who've been hit badly by injuries shouldn't get a battering.

Bale, Suarez or RVP?

Bale will get it as hes a home nation.
RVP has been the difference in Man United being in the position they currently lie in against rivals.
Suarez has been the difference for Liverpool, I didnt expect him tio score the goals they need but he has.

I still think United would have won the league without RVP. He has definately made you better, but I think Rooney would have got more goals without RVP.

But I would like to step aside anyway. Me asking about re-starting yesterday was because I personally am not enjoying the fake manager side of 606v2 at the moment, and at least with a draft it's fun for a week or so. I think starting the Realistic League sucked out all of my passion for the fake game.

I enjoy the banter on here, but I'd rather not do the fake managerial stuff for a while. Hope that's okay with you all. I'll also be looking to step aside in the other league too, in case you think this is about rule breaking.

Which I'm dead against lads. Seriously. There's no point in having any rules if you don't stick to them. CF got sacked for not obeying the rules, why do other managers not get similar treatment when they break rules? It's unfair on those managers who we're not bessie mates with, and I think it ought to be looked at for future occasions. Because this WILL keep coming up.

All this means is Zebs stays, Bull gets a crack at the top league, and FC No Respek get changed to 'FC Swagtastic Swag Boyz'. That's win-win right there.

And as current managers only can play Sheep, I'll have to watch from the sidelines as Cherries mops the floor with you for a third game running

Front 4 picks its self really. Maybe a holding mid but nobodies stood out with Tiote, Yaya and Parker all falling off

I still think United would have won the league without RVP. He has definately made you better, but I think Rooney would have got more goals without RVP.

I think Rooney would of got more goals himself. But as team goals go Im not sure. RVP gave us that cutting edge, killer instinct if you like. He got us important goal in big games. Saved us against Southampton even after missing a pen. When we were conceding goal early in the season & having to fight back from 1 or 2 down he made a big difference.

I'd have Evans and Cahill at CB too, drop Fellaini and put in Cazorla. Also, and this is contentious, I'd have Michu in ahead of RVP. Michu has been far more crucial to Swansea than RVP has to United.
