Best and Worst Crowd Performances

What, in your opinion, are the best and worst PPV crowds of all time?

The best in my opinion are:

Royal Rumble 2008
Money in the Bank 2011
Wrestlemania XX

I'm not about PPVs but at least on Raw the UK crowds are usually some of the best and the same goes for a lot of the Canada crowds. I know that Summerslam '92 is often considered to have had one of the best crowds of all time, having been held in the UK.

I think there is difference in crowds in the US and the UK, where in this country the atmosphere is much more akin to a football match and a lot less reserved with more chanting etc.

Whilst im no aficionado of wrestling history, crowds used to be very 'hot'. I'm gonna check youtube again to confirm, but I'm sure I remember Hogan v The Ultimate Warrior having a crowd unlike anything you'll hear today.

I do love that Cena v Punk Money in the Bank crowd because it was fueled by a real intensity.

On the other hand, crowds in the episodes of Raw I'm rewatching from 1999 and 2000 are a different class to today. Midcarders get more reaction than anyone on Raw nowadays.

The Cena/RVD at One Night Stand was pretty decent.

If I remember correctly the crowd at WM27 were just pants.

The crowd from the RAW after Mania last year was one of the best crowds in recent memory.

Madison Square Garden is pretty good, can remember huge pops for Cena when he returned at the rumble and HHH when he return in 2002;

Chicago have shown there great, as did Miami at and after Mania.

London is OK, they come off much better in TNA.

TNA's sound levels were atrocious for the Wembley show, the crowd were far louder but they had to tone it down so that the commentary sounded authentic. Which it didnt anyway as they werent there

I was massively impressed with the Liverpool crowd when WWE last came to England.

Surprised no one has mentioned Canadian Stampede yet. One of the most vociferous home town crowds ever.

One of the worst (although funny at the time) was the MSG crowd at WM XX specifically during Goldberg V Lesnar

Yeah Canadian Stampede was something special.

I remember the WM26 being hot for the Orton match and the main event, but awful for the rest of the card.

Was that in about Nov 2009? I went that one!

Im thinking of the more recent one. When WWE were using The Beatles to advertise it. But Im sure they were great both times. Some of the chants sounded more like football chants.
