For any deal made with a new manager in the first two weeks, the value of the deal going TO the new manager must be equal or more than the value of the deal going FROM them

Yes it does. It has applied to "new" managers who have returned in the past, so to be consistent, it applies to Olly.

I will be checking all the deals that are made with bratwurst later tonight and will reverse any that do not comply with this rule
