Champion Chase Preview
SPORTINGBET QUEEN MOTHER CHAMPION CHASE GRADE 1 (CLASS 1) (5yo+)
Distance: 2m Going: Good To Soft Channel: CH4
SPRINTER SACRE is the odds on favourite for this race. The Nicky Henderson trained horse is unbeaten in seven starts over fences including winning last year's Arkle Chase, over course and distance, when beating Cue Card by 7l. He has had two runs this term winning both the Tingle Creek Chase and the Victor Chandler Chase comfortably. Currently trading at around 2/9 he will be hard to stop next Wednesday.
Last year's runner up SIZING EUROPE leads the Irish charge in this race. He has good Festival form winning the Arkle in 2010, this race in 2012 before being runner up to Finnian's Rainbow in last seasons renewal. Since the Festival last year he has won all five of his starts in Irish. He will be a danger but may just want some softer ground.
SANCTUAIRE goes for Paul Nicholls. He won the Desert Orchid Chase at Kempton over Christmas but has been beaten my a collective 48l by Sprinter Sacre on his other two runs this season.
Of the rest Wishfull Thinking runs for Philip Hobbs and is in good form going into the Festival but also holds an entry in the Grand Annual Chase to next Friday. Somersby currently trading at 20/1 is now trained under Mick Channon has been a stalwart over the past few years but not quite good enough at the top level of chasing. Realt Dubh is another challenger from Ireland but would need a huge change around in his form to be a contender.
Verdict
It is hard to look past SPRINTER SACRE who is incredible form and just looks in a league of his own over 2m chasing.

Re: Champion Chase Preview
Theres no real preview to this event, just sit down and watch a superstar.Sprinter Sacre has the potential to be one of the best that we have seen,it will only be an act of God that stops him here.He has stones in hand on all known form and it might be worth a little wager on the winning distance,Skybet offer 5/1 on 20l or more.
