I'm usually a huge Hummels fan but I have seen him a few times recently and he doesn't look the same player as last year. His positioning and marking was actually shocking when you consider him last season.

Uchida was superb though. If I wasn't well covered for FB I'd be seriously looking at him after that. I haven't seen an attacking LB performance that good for a while and I've been watching Baines!

Was gonna say isn't Uchida a RB?

I had him in the last Euro Division, although not long before we rebooted.

Is he? He went off at half time and they said something about his ankle. Must have been a bad one

Despite his form, is Hummels' injury going to derail Dortmund's CL run?

You're half right. All 3 will be Championship. I've seen nothing other than an upturn in form that suggests Forest are going up. If i'm wrong, then congratulations in advance, but I don't see it.

They seem to be playing well in Europe, just not domestically. They were pretty poor across the park against Schalke, with the exception of Bender, who is actually showing the form of his life (I previously thought he was a poor imitation of his brother, but he looks good recently)

I always back Rio up but that was disgusting what he did too Torres, he should get a three match ban.

Morning,

Hummels out for a bit isnt he? Ankle injury.

Falcao has had a poor game
First home loss of the season for Atletico.

Man United gave up a good lead, we were lucky not to lose that match. Terrible 2nd half performance.

Laugh Good old Rafa still entertaining us.

Anyone want to beat these offers:
Fabio Coentrao - £19.5m
Javier Hernandez - £23.5m

Hernandez im not overly keen on selling. Coentrao can go for the right price, he doesn't listen to me !! Smile

I think Coentrao may be the most attacking FB in football history. Probably better as a LW than a LB in voting terms.

Rafa is such a joker, Fergie must surely have laughed his man b00bs off when he heard that Laugh

Very disappointing from Everton on Saturday. Wigan completely outplayed us and we were clueless. Fellaini was booed off when substituted and Neville withdrawn at half time. Jelavic doing all the work up top and not getting into goalscoring positions as a consequence of Fellaini's laziness. Playing him as a second striker isn't working anymore and not worth making players play unnatural games

We don't have alternative player wise, but for me it is clear what Moyes needs to do.

Drop Fellaini back to DM alongside Gibson, push Osman further forward behind Jelavic. Osman can then do the work that Cahill used to do behind Jelavic and allow Jelavic back into positions to get chances to score goals.

Dropping them is harsh, but rules are rules and I applaud the Aussie cricketing authorities for actually sticking to the rules they set, rather than letting people off the hook because they've been in the team for a long time...

But the flowers & house plant I got my mother went down well so all in all it was a success.
