That's why I said "may" Bluesman!
I don't think that they are to Pocock's standard at what DP does well but both Gill and Hooper have the potential to be more rounded players and there's quite a bit of Super Rugby to play before the tests come around.
Not sure I completely agree about Smith. He's only a year older than McCaw but whilst it's exciting to see him back, I agree that Japan's not exactly the most testing physical environment and the Aussie press have been drinking the Kool Aid about how good Smith currently is. What is true is that he has the potential to be test standard again come June. And I thought he played pretty well at the weekend, albeit in a dominant team which clearly has it's schit together.

The commentary hinted that Smith is only contracted until June to the Tahs so not 'available' for Aus after that. Not sure how that will pan out.
