None of those quotes you put up are moaning about not being picked, but I do understand what you are saying now.

I read it today as Rio and Roy meeting, deciding that England can't facilitate his requirements atm, but he still wants to play for England and they are looking at it for future games. I didn't see it as him having a hissyfit

I've never had a Nando's takeaway so I don't know. My nearest one is Cardiff which is an hour away.

I think if your food would be open to the elements without the bag, then you don't pay, but if it is in it's owned closed packaging you don't (i.e. they can't charge you for the box with a pizza as they can't really give it to you without it, but McDonald's is individually wrapped burgers. Where you stand if you just order chips at McDs I don't know.
