ahh good old blackjack, I used to hate playing the last box as everyone puts pressure on you because your stuck with taking or leaving that one card which can sometimes make or break the dealer.
Most the time id play my box & if the last was free id put minimum bet on it to use it to try make or break the dealer.
I haven't been casino for a while now, I miss the poker cash games.

I absolutely have to play last box or I won't play. I'm one of those maths geeks who goes mental if people take cards when they shouldn't

As for poker, not in a casino environment, has to be a private game for me. Me and my mates play £5 buy in, 10 players, winner takes £40, second takes £10.

I love poker in the casino, mainly cash games as some people have more money than sense & just call anything. I'm one of these who can sit at the table for hours waiting for the right hand to play. Can't start bluffing until I build bankroll to compete with what's on the table, by that time the more money than sense players realise your good & take your more seriously.
After Barca beat us in the CL final (first time, Messing header) I left 235 at 6am up £800 just from poker.

Nice. I like playing on tables which are empty mostly. Then nobody else can screw it up. As for poker, you do get those odd idiots but it's difficult to know as there are very good players who I've come across.

Trebs, you have to scout your table out. I have a rule where ill always play my first hand, within reason as I wont if someone raises £20. Then depending on how many are sat at the table, 6 or max 12 I will play another one or two more before the blind comes back to me. In this time I use it to get a gauge on players, with the number of hands player it will allow you to see that one person on the table who has more money than sense as they will play every hand, call everything & lose most of them.

I've got nothing against older ladies per se.

I was out the other week chatting to a woman probably in her 40s or 50s and I definitely would have. But this one is old and not attractive in the least, so there's that.

From BBC Monitoring: Germany coach Joachim Loew has caused consternation in Kazakhstan ahead of tonight's World Cup meeting in Astana.

I count four of us, which is the same as last week.

Why not just a qualifying tournament for teams that don't make the World Cup/Euros during that tournament. Streamline the qualifying by having less teams, less international dates and less minnows like San Marino, Azerbaijan and Scotland

in all hoesty id vote for all teams designated from pots 4-6 in qulifing draws to pla preliminary rounds

if 10 fo trough to the WC (ithink), have the top 24 teams in Europe with 6 of the minnows after the preliminarys

Or if not a tournament, why not a CL qualifying round of home and away legs.
