Excluding Argentinian players from the overseas player list is a good idea and a way to move them into sxv rugby and I hope that view is taken in the long run.

First year sides should have the rules relaxed as well as its that much harder to start from scratch in this toughest of comps.

I wouldnt be too far off in suggesting that the Kings vs a sudden rebirth of the Crusaders, played in Christchurch for their first away match wont be helped by this hanging over their heads. Such scenario's dont get a lot worse than this.

Oh come on expel them for using 1 foreigner and 2 off the bench when the quota is a maximum of 2? Give them a break especially in their first season.......

The Melbourne Rebels have been given all sorts of dispensation by the Aussies.
They won't get expelled anyway. A slap on the wrist and a bit of money changeing hands will be sufficient.
