Morning lads, tactics in today as usual.
Champ tactics go on to Olly today rather than Afro. I think. I sent mine to Olly anyway...

I thought Bale's foot had snapped off, that was a sick injury. Now they reckon he could only miss two weeks? That guy is made of adamantium if he makes it.

I didn't see the game but I can imagine a deathly silence fell at WHL when he went down and got carried off.

It was such an innocuous challenge too, Bale didn't need to go for it, but here he is, ankle the size of a hot air balloon...poor guy.
My FIFA update:
Coins = 210k
In the trade pile = 132k of sales
In consumables = 198k of sales
Total (if all sell) = 540k
1/3 of the way to Messi or Ronaldo

So much effort to get Messi
I played some Fifa last night and noticed that my West Ham team has now been bequeathed 5 stars. The bar for 5 stars is prettly low in my honest opinion, most of my players are around 80-83, with Schurrle being a mighty 85 - for £11.5m I might add.
Still, I'm top with about 6 games to go and I'm 9 points clear.
If I lose it from here I will throw an epic tantrum, like the one I threw at NBA 2K11 when I kicked the wall so hard it dented it. Aged 22.

My Fifa Career with Crawley saw me in 4th on the last day, with Liverpool only two points behind me with better GD. Away to West Ham, I found myself 2-0 down before pace abusing my way to a 4-2 win. The range of emotions I went through considering its a single player game are unreal

I feel you man.
I have had matches where I score a last second winner or equaliser and I treat it like it actually matters...
I don't rage at any games other than football ones. I can accept being terrible at anything else but not Fifa or FM.

I had a game on FUT last night against a guy who was a serious pace abuser, I struggled to keep it at 0-1 until a quick burst saw me score this winner:

He then rage quitted, despite dominating me for large portions of the game

On my FM career I took over Norwich halfway through the season, and they were 19th. With 2 games left I was 18th level on points with 17th, and I won at Arsenal away. But then, of all the Frak times, my laptop decided updates needed doing so I have to go back to 2 games to go and in the relegation zone

I'd keep playing it until I wound up in exactly the same spot that I was before it crashed. I can't take feeling cheated by machines...
I actually headbutted a laptop before and it broke the screen. That sounds like a made up story but it is 100% true.
I'm such a placid guy generally too. It was FM that did it to me, I was playing as Oxford - I remember that distinctly.

Three-person sheep, I bet I'd still lose
I gave in to temptation and bought the 87-rated IF Higuain, a big improvement on Mario Gomez so hopefully that'll pay off.

I don't know what it is about Higuain but I've never warmed to him as a striker, nor Benzema either really. Anyone else have players that although rated by many they just don't overly rate?

Assou-Ekkoto has the be the worst FB in history yet people seem to rate him, I for the life of me can't understand why

Rooney. Ibrahimovic. Balotelli. Milito. Van Nistelrooy. Higuain and Benzema. Wiltord. Anelka. Aguero and Tevez.
I'm quite the striker purist, I like me an RVP, Fowler, Villa, Torres, Henry, Bergkamp, Vialli, Ravenelli or Baggio.

Highlighted the ones I rate/rated. Especially for me Nistelrooy, he was a machine before he had the falling out with SAF.

Milito is rated based purely on being a goal getter. I can respect him for that.
I tell you who I can't rate - Mario Gomez. I don't get it, he misses loads of chances and his name is weird.

One of our best signings, all us Albion fans were scratching our heads when we plucked him up on a free aged 31, but he's outperformed a Spanish international and a Romanian international, and actually outplayed Jonas Olsson these last two years too. We love him.

Yeah he was crap down at Ip5w1ch but seems to have flourished in the Prem.
Michael Turner has genuinely been quite good for us this season. First couple of games he was god awful, but since then he's been immense bar the odd mistake.

Re: Euro Division Homepage LIV
Strangely enough, I let others do the talking at work. I sit back, watch them all go round in circles, then tell them how it ought to be done. Me and my boss are surrounded by complete idiots though.
Our Museum's meetings are awkward because:
1. no-one takes charge of the meeting
2. there's very rarely an agenda, so you just talk about chuff
3. no decisions are ever made
I do my best to solve #1 and #2, but I'm not in a position to do much of #3. When I am, this place won't know what's hit it
There are a few bolshy types here though. They don't last long because they go off to better paid jobs elsewhere.

I asked about it, the Chinese girl looked at me, asked me for my age, and said be here next Wednesday at 5:30! Didn't even ask for my name

Most people here are like me, fairly polite and placid, but one guy is just very aggressive in tone and manner. I've always been taught that collaboration will achieve better results than constant conflicts. Guess the memo got lost for this dude.
I was in a meeting once and he was so rude that someone actually got up and walked out!

Fakenham Road makes it sound like you made it up and are just trolling Azzy to send him all the way to East Anglia for regular sized chips.
Last month I spent £91 in a chippy in one go. We had to feed a hockey team and we asked for so much cod that they had to search their freezers because they'd run out

I don't think I could date a dude/tranny without noticing.
I've often thought about what if I fell in love with a girl and she told me she used to have a dong. I think I'd stick with her but I'd really need to be in those terrible shoes to know for sure.
