I agree that there certainly should be more done to kickstart transfers and I quite like GSCs idea, perhaps a few tweaks but like in principle.

I'm open to ideas. Possibly a tad radical.

I like the idea of random squads, does encourage transfers.

Thats the theory behind it. Also stagger the TP increases more I'd suggest.

Agreed but....what happen come end of season 1 where most people have made their transfers & are then happy with the squad?
There is GSC pick 3/4 play & rest going into a random pot again but to me doesnt this make the purpose of building a team pointless?
I still feel my suggestion of a max 32 man squad add a minimum say 26, the injury idea i suggested (which I can manage if people wish to do that) means with 4 players injured you have 28 at your disposal but with the min squad amount of 26 you can only sell 2 off in lawyers & have to wait for the TP window to open OR you buy within the league. Bigger lawyers thus tempting people more & a TP window mid & off season.

Only reason I push the above is to try help the longevity of the league.

Buying players off of Lawyers will help too, players gone through that channel could help a lot of teams.

I was so close to putting older too. But I went with the truer one. I wanted to be the same age but gigantic.

And as far as Carrick and Hazard up for player of the year goes, I'd drop them both instantly for Michu and Zabaleta. Baines should also get recognition.
