Shaun Edwards shouldn't go to Ireland
Because...
1. How the IRFU treated Gatland
2. Irelands best players are past even their twilight years and they have no strength in depth as shown in the six nations. They also have much less emerging talent than Wales or England.
Edwards should challenge for the Wales job post 2015 or apply for a vacant position at a top European club should it come up.
However after Gatland shafting Edwards from the lions maybe Edwards will sign with anyone just to give two fingers to Gatland.

??? Bizarre piece as Numero Uno Reason is cancelled out by your last sentence. "Hmmm, which way to go??? Go to a country wot annoyed me old mate, Gatland (and that sings rebel songs too!!) ................ or............ go to a country that sings rebel songs because of wot me old mate Gatland did on me????"
Choices, choices. Here's another one. Let him stay where he is. We already have a guy we'd like to take over.

I agree too!
There were some misguided stalwarts who who still wanted Kidney, but it seems we are universally united in not wanting Edwards.

Don't agree with the opening post at all... no emerging talent?
What Ireland have coming through is frightening, they just need a coach who will gamble on them, god forbid they pick Mike Ruddock, a guy who always gets the best out of his players and has a fantastic track record of producing players.

Good idea ik theory providing Ruddock doesn't start poking Zebo's girlfriend and then we see a shock retirement by Zebo and then a shock return to international rugby once Ruddock quits....

Someone been living under a rock recently?
We have more talent than we have ever had before, in my opinion. A few problem positions aside.

My worry is that the talent won't be utilised properly, however.

Is Shaun Edwards your father or some thing? You keep coming up with post like this one (About Edwards should "not" be going to Ireland) What makes you even think he want to go to Ireland any way?
And i do believe that Ireland do have players coming through, that with the right coach could be a real threat next years 6ns. Who that coach will be though? I really do not know. I doubt it will be Shaun Edwards though.

Re: Shaun Edwards shouldn't go to Ireland
No shortage of talent in Ireland we just need to have a coach who knows how to handle them.
Take 10, as an example - emerging talent Madigan, Jackson, JJ, Olding, Keatley.
Not a bad spread
