Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn are set to reprise their roles in the sequel, which sees their characters White Goodman and Peter La Fleur "forced to team up to fight an even bigger threat", reports The Hollywood Reporter.

The script is being written by musician/writer Clay Tarver, who co-wrote the 2001 thriller 'Joy Ride' with J.J. Abrams - but don't let the 'thriller' tag put you off. According to THR, Tarver "has spent much of his time in the comedy world and has a familiarity with niche, subculture activities".

First Anchorman 2, now this! Very Happy

These could be either excellent or ruin the first ones. Always good to see White Goodman return though.

Found Anchorman to be sporadically funny. Not generally a fan of Vince Vaughan. "Swingers" and "Made" aside, he comes across as irritating in the extreme, however, I did like him in Dodgeball. However, not sure if Dodgeball 2 is a good idea.

They may as well go ahead and ruin Talledega Nights whilst they're at it.

Not sure if anything can be much bigger than White Goodman as at the end of the first film...

I enjoyed the movie, but not convinced a sequel is a good idea.

Ideally have Armstrong in another cameo giving a heartfelt speech only for Vaughan/Stiller to pour a drink over his head and tell him to shut the **** up!
