Re: Best Ever team - so far!
Only one prop and one flanker? The referee will quickly be blowing up for a wheeling scrum

I was going to redo the prop polls to include tight head and loose head...smart bum!
Re: Best Ever team - so far!
Will they be playing at their current age, or will a time machine be required to bring them back to their prime? If not they might run out of puff after the first half...

Re: Best Ever team - so far!
That's the problem with so much of the debate about best players. I have only watched rugby for about 30 years so when someone like emack2 comes along and talks about having watched Colin Meads and Kel Tremain play I realise my opinion is as informed as my sister's "DC is the best because .... just look at his chest".
I bow to the wisdom of those who have witnessed our great game for decades beyond counting
Still better than being an English supporter who started in 2003

Re: Best Ever team - so far!
If Neil Jenkins get's on the list for best Fly Half ever I'll hand in my membership of the Welsh nation in disgust. We are the Nation that produced Cliff Morgan, Barry John, Phill Bennett & Johnathan Davies. Neil Jenkins produced some of the most turgid, slow and uninspired rugby I've EVER seen. He may have scored 1000+ points but that bloke cost us about 3000+ point in his career for being the greatest bottleneck in a team since the M4 got closed to all but mobility scooters! Awful, awful fly half. Would have done well playing for england in the 10 man rugby days and that says it all.
Greatest fly half I ever saw was indeed Jiffy. Was so sorry to see him jeered off the pitch in his last game for the scarlets.
