It's like trying to run a marathon running as fast as you can. It just doesn't work, you'd be too tired after a mile. But on the other hand you don't want to lose track with the rest of the other riders.

I'm a big fan of cycling. Can be really tactical when there seems not a lot happening. Any questions, you can fire them my way.

Mind you, often the best bit of watching the Tour is the scenery

Deary me, you do cling onto things that bother you don't you.

How about the fact that you got a really good draw away to the league leaders, or the comment about the fact noone can live with your team atm. You know these leagues are always about polarised opinions, but you definately have far more positive comments, yet you hang on to that one.

Yeah it's not like a CB in the PFA team of the year can't play anymore

Not too bothered about the result tbh. Positive comments are good, they have been since I signed Sami K. My 442 has got good feedback in recent week, great in some cases.

I single that comment out as frankly its ridiculous. It clashes against all other ALL other feed back not just from this week but from previous weeks.
On all other feedback given on Championship games there isnt anything as stupid, well maybe the comment from same person about Rio seeing as hes in the PFA Team of Year, so basically there is a poor manager amongst us & I just want to name & shame him. Also its so I can vote him down next week for a invalid reason, believe that if you want as is may or may not happen

I like Schneiderlin, and I really think he's been underrated.

I try not to sign wonderkids on here just because it relies on people having seen them...

Schneiderlin is so average its unreal. Not top 4 quality thats for sure!

As a depth player he's good value.

Im actually past caring about if I win, lose or draw, mainly from stupid feedback as in question because if one person if going to act like that it does have an effect. After so much good I still know I will get marked down by one person just because "442 doesnt work anymore".

Next week I will be voting against 433 formation as that doesnt work anymore & also 4231 because that only works for Champions, Man United & Bayern, doesnt work for Real Madrid.

On a separate note, it was odd Ferdinand getting into the team of the year. There must be plenty of CBs who had a better season than him. Nastasic just for starters.

I came to the conclusion that they looked that the team didn't have enough players from that season's champions and decided to add him in

I feel Porto control the midfield throughout but the front three of Schalke on the counter attack just creates problems no matter how good the Porto defence are. Porto edge the win in the end with Draxler haunting his old club

Schalke dominated the game in midfield, retaining possession well with Moutinho and devastating the Porto full backs with the pace of their wingers. Schalke are a dangerous team right now – Porto need a couple more players to give them the edge.

I completely disagree with the comment that 4-4-2 doesn't work as well. I have played it myself to good effect this season and plenty of teams still play a variation of it.

But I'm not sure I'd still be worrying about it though.

I've picked up 4 points in the last two games on that league playing players that weren't my players.

Think I meant to and double pasted the second to last one instead.

Thank you GSC. It can be frustration, more so when it does not make a single bit of sense & the whole vote has been based on that.

Nastasic has been great this season, Jags too & Dawson when he came back into the team. Rio has had a quality season though, proved the doubters wrong.
Anyone seen the FIFA 13 Most Consistent TOTS yet?? (basically been great across the season but never got an InForm card). Nastasic, Jags, Arteta all made it.

Agree Dawson and Tongs were very good this year, quietly while Bale was winning games lol

Afro, whats worrying is there is a manager in this game who thinks that so ultimately that person has poor knowledge.

nah he doesnt. Nearly when he scored the two pens in one match but someone pipped him to it that week. His TOTS card will be good, ohhhhhh the passing. Ill be after Him & Carrick's InForm for my BPL team when i build it (sold off all but one of my squads due to pending TOTS & market crash).

I think the issue is you didn't upgrade on your wingers too much when everyone else did and were also able to strengthen in defence, meaning what worked last season isn't as effective this season. Not saying chopping and changing was required, but i've been constantly trying to upgrade while you (from my point of view) stayed where you were, excluding the signing of Alonso.

Plus you're ALWAYS playing 4-2-3-1, there's never any variation, so people know how to combat you!

Good tactics from Marky here do enough to pinch him a point. UB are solid throughout their side and they have a trio behind the striker to really test the CBs from Marky. I think given attacking intent and the suitability of players to the formation, a draw is fair.

Bratwurst Mannschaft 3-0 No Respek
Olly has put together some fantastic tactics this week, succinct and effective. Bull has used Azzy’s tactics from about 2 months ago. Well played to Olly though, I really like the balance of the side.

Deportivo la Chorizo 1-1 The German Team
Very, very hard to pick. I like Gregers’ ideas and the personnel fit the system for me, so I don’t see a defeat. I am however massively impressed with Fan’s team and the set up probably allows them to stay strong and nick a draw here. Gundogan is a little wasted as a pure DM.

Deportivo la Chorizo didnt cope with a rejuvenated German Team, the management change gave The German Team a huge boost with some key additions to the squad. Benteke thrived off Valencias crossing bagging a brace for his new manager.

Bratwurst Mannschaft 0-0 No Respek
Hard to split these two team, both set up well to counter the other, both lacked anything special to take the three points.

Under Brescia 2-1 Dos Cervezas por favor
Draxler, Ivanovic - Navas
Dos Cervezas por favor started well getting a quick early goal. Essentially, trying to out pace an opponent fatigue will kick in. Under Brescia strong defenders soon show their authority. Dos Cervezas por favor left a lot of room for Robben & Draxler to attack their back three which ultimately cost them.

felt that chorizo are stronger centrelly and that they control the flow of the game and get who oals, however German are strongattacking and bentekkers grabs a late goal to make it interesting, just felt that chorizo will edge it.

Mannschaft 1-0 Respek

both sides cancel each other out in a tigh slug fest, however Schmelzer and Gaitain get the better of Walker and link for the only goal.

Brecsia 3-2 favor

both teams attack well and have huge suceess, but feel the 3 atthe back isnt as solid and ends up being the deciding factor as brescia are slighly more solid.

Under Brescia 1-2 Dos Cervezas por favor - Marky just edges this battle with his wing backs playing a main role in the Brescia defeat with their pace and width will cause major issues for anyone

Chorizo 1-2 German

Interesting game this. I like Benteke to get the better of Varane and Podolski to get around Alonso and cause problems for Dominguez, especially when Maher steps forward. From that point of view, I like German to have some offensive success down the middle today.
That said, I can say the same of Gregers offensive trio who are also well capable of causing trouble. That said I can't see his FBs being able to get up the pitch, and the weakness of the German team at FB goes relatively unpunished.

Mannschaft 2-0 Respek

I won't lie. I'd enjoy seeing Bull not recycle Azzys tactics. Olly anticipated this and takes an easy win.

UB 2-0 Beer

Markys tactics of having his defenders focus on specific players backfires with Afros rotational trio and his defense gets pulled all over the shop. Plenty of pace in the Beer attack, but Brescia are well organised defensively and this isn't FIFA.

Chorizo should have attacked the weak German full backs but overloaded Gundogan well and Boateng man-marking Soldado meant he was pulled out of the game. However, the German team look strong in attack but I'd prefer Schurrle and Podolski swapping places. Tight win for Chorizo because of home advantage.

Bratwurst Mannschaft 3-1 No Respek
A clever move from Olly today with his midfield able to dominate, but they that they want a straight line, I'm going to give Olly the benefit of the doubt and assume he meant a deep line which counters the pace of the No Respek attackers well. Yarmolenko and Gaitan do their roles well and prevent the full backs getting forward.

Under Brescia 3-1 Dos Cervezas por favor
Utter madness from Marky going for what seems like a man-marking system against the Brescia attackers. The interchanging leaves their defense with no shape and Brescia get goals. Telling Lukaku to outmuscle Vidic is easier said than done, Vidic dominates him for me. Only thing I would criticise Brescia for is their lack of a holding midfielder, Marchisio and Motta are similar types of players for me who like to drive forward, I'd like to see a deep-lying playmaker alongside one or both of them.
