The Premier League agree, Zabaleta > Rafael
Although Bale shouldn't be YPOTY, that should be Lukaku's.

Will do my FAF tactics later today Olly, no one votes till much later in the week anyway...
If you win the POTY, I reckon they should award YPOTY to the runner up if it's the same dude. What's the point in being both? Plus what is young these days?
Bale is 23, nearly 24. Same school year as me...

Re: Euro Division Homepage LVI
I don't think people should be able to win both awards really. It's a good idea what you suggested Soddy, but in actual fact the second placed person didn't win, whether you want to make them winner or not.
As for the age restriction it should be younger certainly, maybe U21 or something as half of the POTY nomines can win the YPOTY.

Re: Euro Division Homepage LVI
Making it U21 makes sense, Bale should not be considered as 'young' in football terms anymore. He's been playing since age 12, he's nearly 24 now, say he retires at 36 - he's halfway through his career already!

We'll keep this league going in some form or another I'm sure.
Is milk bad if all little bits of white stuff are floating in your coffee? I'm drinking it anyway, I'm tired.
Talking of white stuff, where is the worst place to stain with toothpaste? The crotch. I got it all over my trousers this morning, it looks like I've spent the commute thinking of Gemma Atkinson.

Yeah, one of the big problems was the lack of activity, and its really perked up in the last week or so.

Sodhat, don't drink the milk. It's gone bad. It's disgusting.
And I was referring to keeping the league going in this current system. As long as there is plenty of end of season lawyers I think we'll be fine.

It's a close call. You might be right though.
We had a friend who was a builder and he fell asleep once in the living room so we wrote all over him. He thought he'd cleaned it all off until the morning after when he was climbing a ladder and one of his burly colleagues said: "why do you have a tattoo that says insert here and an arrow pointing to your arse?"

RVP pipped at the post by Bale. Reckon if the vote was at the end of the season it would have been much closer. Certainly less love for Suarez

onlytreblewinners wrote:Manager of the year - Gregers, he had an awesome team in Season 1
Overachievers - Dos Cerevezas por favor - with no offence meant by that at all
Underachievers - No Respek - where did it all go wrong?
Best turnaround - Trebs at Bassender. Credit where credit is due, that's some turnaround
Best game - pass, don't know
Best tactician - this is Gregers again, the guy is a maestro
Best dealer - Trebs, the guy is a wheeler-dealer extraordinaire. Close call with Fan, who might have won if not for his sojourn into the abyss.
Team of the year - Gregers' season one la Chorizo, a great team that was just unbeatable. Isco in the hole
Best transfer - Verratti + Cassano + £4m To Atalanta Falcons, Marchisio to Under Brescia (from Atalanta's side)
Worst transfer - Hitzelsperger sadly.
Best SHEEP player - me, I think I won the most
Best conversation - sack shaving and opening the world's first gentlemen's 'alternative' barbers shop
Funniest poster - Cherries all the way, most things out of his mouth are pure comedy gold

I dont agree with it but thats the way the voting went. RVP has been the man this season IMO & I wont change my mind on it. With as good as Bale is he still cant help his team secure CL football, RVP has helped his team secure the Premier League trophy.

Surely PSG having all their money they don't need to accept such a pitiful offer for him? Seems pointless selling him for so little. Unless they have another target in mind?

Albion had it's annual awards ceremony last night. Adrian Chiles came out with this gem:
"Our fourth award of the evening is for ‘tweet of the year’... Oh, no, sorry it’s ‘t*** of the year’ - and the winner is Peter Odemwingie.”

So whos going to be leaving/kick out the door at QPR then?
Remy has that clause so he will be leaving.
Taarabt has the quality to be too good for the Championship but his work rate, attitude lets him down so will anyone actually snap him up in the hope he can preform consistently?
Cesar has to be a must to leave.
Fabio will return to Man United.
Ganero anyone?
Samba? Mbia?
Park Park wherever will he be??
Bothroyd will stay, hes a championship striker anyway.
Who else?

Granero should move, I rate him as a quality player if he is in an actual team and not a cobbled mess.
Bosingwa will have to be released and spend the summer shaving the monobrow. Traore might get a move, he's been ok enough this year. In short it would be quicker to name those that are staying...

Remy is the only one I'd want to buy from that mess. Cesar has been decent, but he's very flakey
