Dragons Den - 606v2 style
ok peeps, we've all seen it, 5 filthy rich people ready to invest in peoples inventions and ideas.
Each person hoping to make millions from their ideas.
But if you were to enter, what would you pitch?
What hidden gems are lurking in your nether regions bursting to come out and make you a fortune?

Trailing into the back of the garden, or out into the lane to put the rubbish out is so boring these days.
What can we do to liven it up?
I give you the musical wheelie bin.
Everytime you open it it plays a melodic tune.
Sing and whistle away to the music and make the job of putting the rubbish out a happy one again.

Good Morning you rich people.
I've got an idea, but its so secret that I'd have to kill you if I told you.
It involves weasels and laser printers and I predict all office peripherals will go this way of new technology, incorporating organic with electronic design, to meet the ever growing problems of workers printing out material for home use during office hours.
This new invention will...!!!!!!!!..........hey, leave me alone....get off me......don't you manhandle me like tha........where a' you taking me, not the stairs....noooooooo.....I'll be back....you just wai....!!!!....!

Re: Dragons Den - 606v2 style
How annoying is it when you go to change the TV channel and the batteries have died in the remote.
You dont have any spare batteries in the house and getting up to change channels is now a thing of the past.
Well why not have a charging holder that the remote fits it. It charges the batteries when its not being used so that it never fails you in your hour of need?
for 20% equity i want £100,000 for mass production and marketing

The charging holder can sit next to the channel, volume and off buttons on the actual TV set.

Re: Dragons Den - 606v2 style
2 ideas from me. 1 I reckon would work, 1 not quite.
1. Sweat pads.
Going to a high powered meeting? Or you're heading down the red carpet?
Times like these can make you nervous and that antiperspirant simply not doing the job?
Try SweatPads! Discreet and fit under the thinnest of fabrics.
2. Coloured wind.
It's hard to tell how windy it is, when does a breeze turn into a gale etc. Pump some chemical stuff into the wind that reacts to speed so all you have to do is look out of the window. Oh it's orange, that's a light breeze! Oh it's dark brown that's a tropical storm, best stay in then.

thats The Apprentice Solerina, Dragons Den is when inventors or entrepreneurs pitch their ideas or businesses to rich people who invest in their company and get a share in the said business.
Its a good show, some really good ideas, as well as poor ideas, such as coloured wind...................

lets face it if you read a book in public you either have no life or no friends or your a broke person at college.
so how about you download a book on your ipod then connect a pair of sunglasses to your ipod which they have the book appear on the lens on the inside of your glasses and when its time to turn the page over press the button on the side of glasses to change page.
then no-one will every suspect your a book nerd and your look stylish at the same time

I have a range of sauces, given to me by my grandmother on her deathbed. Her only insistence was that I call it 'Ska Ska Sauce'.
I want £100,000,000 for a 5% share of the company.
Do it.

Re: Dragons Den - 606v2 style
I have an idea for a man made planet that will hold a giant laser and will have the power to travel through space and destoy planets. I call it the "Death Star".
Now we had a few problems with the first one which was destroyed by some pesky rebels. But we have stepped up security and are building a second one, which I'm convinced will be a hit among the Sith. I see great investment potential in it and already have a few people interested in what it can do including the Emperor himself!
Construction has stalled a bit, although the weapon is fully functional. We do need aditional funding to help finish the main living quarters of the "Death Star".
So give me all of your money or I will destroy your planet.
Thanks very much for listening, much appreciate it.

Like milk?
Like fizzy drinks?
Can seem to strike a good balance between them?
Well now you can, with CmooO2 - fizzy milk!
All the milky goodness of milk with the fizz and pop of a tin of loveliness.
CmooO2 - because sometimes nature isn't awesome enough.
I want 40k for 10%

When you said colourd wind, I thought you meant inventing some underwear which lets others know when someone has silently farted.

Re: Dragons Den - 606v2 style
On the remote thing, I had an idea for two-way remotes. If you've lost the remote you press a button on the TV that sends a signal back to the remote. If the remote is in range it keeps beeping for you so you can find it. You can turn the beeping off either with the button on the TV or on the remote itself. Put it on Sky boxes, DVD players, everything. Then, next time I lose the remote, I can just calmly walk up to the TV press a button and find it, rather than tear my room apart looking for it.
Anyone can have the whole business, feel free to use it (I can't patent it now it's in the public domain anyway). I just want a free upgrade to a TV with a two-way remote!

Re: Dragons Den - 606v2 style
Then what about when I sit back and then want to change the channel again? Me, I'm a channel hopper, I'll usually skip to Sky Sports News if there is an advert in what I'm watching. Do I get up and change the channel again? Then change it back 3 minutes later? Where does it end?!
