Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
Shut up Jason you silly sh*t is included in the opening montage of every single programme, and the context in which he was telling Jason to shut up is that he doesn't like him, and was rude and aggressive towards him. He's a bully. Look at how he took over that design task - his design was great, the way he bossed it was not. No-one could say a word against him. One person said it's too tall, he said rubbish, the companies they pitched it to said it was too tall, and he gave them 'ar5e cam' while assembling it. He gets his own idea of how to do something in his head, and won't stop shouting or being aggressive until people give in. And if they don't, he sulks, then gets even more aggressive in the Boardroom. He's a pure bully, who would be the standout candidate if it wasn't for his temperament / people skills.Adam D wrote:I like Alex and I dont think he is a bully at all (because no one actually listens to him!)

It was slightly OTT but Jason is a slightly strange guy. I'm really not sure why hes there.

He's there to chat up old ladies and be the dim one, they always have a dim one. Luckily for him, there have been so many useless people on this year's show that he's made it to halfway

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
Which one's Francesca? The one that looks like Stella English? She's useless, I don't even remember seeing her on last night's programme.
Jordan gets the sack next week I reckon. The 'next week on the Apprentice' Sugar says 'it's time for a break up. You're fired' - which you think is meant to be about the online dating task, but I think it's a thinly-veiled reference to him porking that vile Luisa woman.
I honestly think Jason's going to win

Just went onto the Apprentice website, and Jason lists one of his hobbies as 'croquet'. You honestly can't make this up!

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
I thought both evictions were correct as Kurt failed to lead the task chose the wrong product and didn't sell , thought Natalie did her usual hiding and only coming to life in the boardroom . The thing I couldn't believe was that Kurt didn't bring Leah back into the boardroom as she lost both items for them by her attitude .................we could of had a triple eviction

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
I don't think Leah would have gone if she had come back in.
Because a) she was the closest to selling a big ticket item where the other two failed, and b) she is smokin' hot.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
If Leah is what qualifies a woman as "smokin' hot", then I have married Helen of Troy. Leah looks like a barbie doll, has that ugly trout pout, is always miserable (who killed her entire family in front of her, anyone?), and sounds like nails scraping down a chalkboard. Most annoying accent I've ever heard.
Even with a sock in her mouth and a bag over her head, I wouldn't.
But compared with that Luisa, she's my Valentine

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
To be fair, losing the bikes or indeed the adventure box set didn't make any difference overall. Leah's voice gets on my nerves totally (any funny stuff would have to be conducted purely in silence on her part, but yeah, you would), but she sold pretty well on the day, and came closest to a sell on the high-valued items, so I don't think she'd have been fired either.
Jordan next to go probably.

Yeah, it was an odd task in that regard. Asking them to pick out accessories which really had no effect on the outcome due to 10k plus high ticket items.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
At what point to all Sugar's "contacts" start ringing him up and saying "Al, this is the fifth year in a row that you've sent me a bunch of f*ckwits who couldn't sell water to a burning man. Gonna start having to question whether or not I want to do any more business with you son, I think you're slipping."?
As an aside, I saw Sugar on Graham Norton the other day and think that next year they should utilise the tilting red chair in The Apprentice

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
I'm glad both Kurt and Natalie are gone, and that the 'don't just pick me for tactics' and cry plan didnt work for her this time. Jason continues to be one of the best things about the series, was great seeing him get the sale before Neil. Was a slightly odd task in that small sales didnt matter if you could sell the bigger items, therefore losing the bikes and boxes didnt really hurt the team.

Jason's gone.
Thought Luisa should have gone in truth. Jason had the right idea, and I think him stepping down was actually courageous. Nick seemed to like him, and Lord Sugar seemed to like him. Maybe he was too nice in the end.

Luisa is a child. She deserved to go, she completely spat her dummy out because Jason wanted to think things through more slowly. The others do seem more wanting to backstab each other and he wouldn't stoop to their level.

I wonder what Jason's twitter account is all about. Currently it says:
"In lockdown until the end of The Apprentice. Jason Meets World on 29 August."
I don't think any of the other candidates have their account locked either.

also is it me or when ever Lord Sugar looks at Jordan, he looks like his going to kill him?

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
Jason should have gone weeks ago, he's a spare wheel, a bumbling dithering imbecile who has contributed virtually nothing other than being in the right place at the right time to sell a caravan.
Luisa is a skanky moose, she's gotta go too, but if she'd have been sacked last night it'd created a massive male/female imbalance which the producers were prob trying to avoid.
I can't see past Neil winning it, he's a bit full of himself but as an all rounder he seems by far the strongest candidate, although Miles could be a dark horse. Depends as well on their business plans, Inventor Tom was a mediocre candidate but Sugar manipulated his victory because he liked the plan & the idea of having an inventor providing patents on board.

They got rid of Jason!
Luisa just really really annoys me - all she did on day one was say "make a decision"; then she chose herself to do a terrible pitch.
Jordan is clearly not going to last long. Neither is Luisa and I think Alex obviously not being trusted is going to count against him.
Possible winners: I guess Neil and Myles are the two most likely. Maybe Francesca of the girls?

Neil and Myles are for me looking like the most likely to win, i feel Alex being not trusted will be a factor. Jordon is hated by Sugar either way, Lusia is on a last line, Fran has not done much, Leah could be the dark horse but its more than likely Myles and Neil i would say leading.
Neil started off as a bit of a d*ck tbh but ive kinda grown to like him now.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
Jason had to go. 'Abdicating' just secured the image that hes far too soft and far too slow to reach a decision.
Luiza overly aggressive but at the same time a ruthless streak when someones out of their depth probably helped her standing.

Yup. On Twitter Lord Sugar advertises some of Tom's products and Tropic Skin Care products.
I thought last night's was the best of the series. So much drama. It was definitely Jason or Luisa this week, and a tough call. Lord Sugar probably went on the strength of other showings, because they both made horrendous mistakes this week.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
I was amazed that no-one asked Luisa these questions, "When Neil was ousted and you took over as PM, what exactly did you achieve? You already had an incomplete webpage (didn't see any changes there), you had no input in the promo video and you gave a half assed sell to the group at the end. All you did was look bemused and wonder why people were laughing (something Jason was equally qualified to do) So... what was it you brought to the role of PM that Jason couldn't have done in the remaining time? And will you get that mole removed off the side of your face, it's very distracting?"
Guest- Guest
Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
The webpage was to be finished that day I thought. It was incomplete because Jason spent hours dithering over the colour of the flower on the logo.
I get people liked Jason, but he was by the worst candidate left.

I don't think anyone ever looks at Luisa's mole tbh. And as much as I hate her, loathe her in fact, the way she said "for once, Neil Clough isn't going to get his own way" makes me want her to win now.

Not that this is in anyway what so ever bullying behaviour?
I think the fact Jason even made it this far when all he seemed to do was lead the 1st task for the guys and then sell 1 caravan a few weeks later really reinforces how poor most of this years candidates have been.
