One of my favourites was don't tell me the skies the limit when there are footsteps on the moon. Absolutely meaningless twaddle.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
Does anyone remember the Asian guy who was on a few years ago Tre, he was awesome. In one of the tasks they were selling cars and he pretty much told someone they would be able to buy a car, keep it for a couple of years and then sell it for more.

My favourite quote was Nick's from last series, 'You were all over it like a tramp on chips'.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
I always remember the task from last season when Ricky and Tom were paired together to sell mens cosmetics. Their pitch included the great line:
"Sometimes we like to get together and discuss our grooming techniques."
I had to pause the show because I couldn't focus/breathe.

I would like to see a 1 off Apprentice though, where Nick and Karen are PMs for a task. Maybe do a charity thing with celebrities or something.

Didn't Karren already do that for Children in Need or something? And lead the ladies to a barnstorming victory?GSC wrote:I would like to see a 1 off Apprentice though, where Nick and Karen are PMs for a task. Maybe do a charity thing with celebrities or something.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
Baggs the brand was pretty classic. Total c0ck but great viewing. One quote that had me laughing was when one of them said with a dead straight face thinking he was being profound "Never look a gift horse in the eye".
Another contestant I remember amusing me from one of the first few series was Paul. He used to look mortally wounded whenever criticised and I remember him going on about a portfolio of about 50 houses he owned when faced with the chop.

Just came across another classic from the inimitable Raif

Haha I don't remember that one
Raef was quality. I liked Vincent too. Something about these handsome posers really tugs at me.

- Spoiler:
- FYI guys, Leah doesn't win. My aunt's husband works as a surgeon, and he's been working with her for the last two months. She has an agent, but she's going down the medical path, so it's clear to everyone that she's not made it

You guys
1. It was a wind-up
2. Even if it was true, this thread is actually called "spoilers"...

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
I thought Jordan would get fired personally. But Myles didn't have a clue on that task, so on the basis of that it probably was the correct decision.
I think Neil or Louisa will win the whole thing.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
Jordan has a 3 way partnership? or something like that cant see Sugar investing in that, hoping Neil makes it to the final though from the preview it looks like he might be the one with the "terminated interview" after the guy says to him you have no chance.

I know who wins now. Sadly I had it inadvertently spoiled for me. I almost wasn't going to watch next week, but the sight of Jason makes me 100% committed.

Don't make me spoil it for you Azzy.
Although I never would for two reasons. 1. I may be wrong but I'm almost certain I can't be, and 2. Its a heinous crime to spoil TV shows.

Re: The Apprentice Thread (SPOILERS)
Neil was the best candidate but his plan was massively flawed. He talked himself into it then lacked the control to view it properly.
Like I said I think Jordan was kept around for tv reasons
Also picked the final 2
