Clarke knows him from Chelsea, not the worst signing on a free.

If they were paying anything for him then I'd cry with laughter

Hes been abysmal I agree, but he had talent on a youngster.

Might as well kick the tyres and see if Clarke can get something out of him.

To be fair I'm in no position to question Steve Clarke, considering he's proved me wrong to the extreme this season.

Morning lads. Busy day again for me, won't be on much OK

Di Santo isn't who we're after, the two top targets are Bony and Mbokani. Both Lukaku-esque players.

Tactics sent, was waiting to see if Gregers would sign anyone last night. I pre-wrote my tactics with Fellaini in them, then the deal was reversed and all yesterday my tactics had a '???' until today Laugh

What will be happening at the end of the season with star player bids?

What's the TP limit?

Olly and Gregers the 2 outstanding sets on my end.

Jamaal Lascelles in the England U20 squad. Darlow should've been in the U21 squad tbh.

When asked the question himself, Rafa replied: "I have a lot of respect for Everton, but it would be difficult for them to approach me (as an ex Liverpool manager)".

I'd say it was harder for Chelsea to approach him, what with his Liverpool side having cheated Chelsea out of a CL Final, and all Rafa's comments over the years. He's not really done anything to offend Everton or its fans, bar being a successful manager.

But he'd be a terrible appointment for them. They need someone who can get by spending no money, make the best of a limited squad, yet somehow keep his best players happy. Moyes really was the perfect manager for them.

You say that, but if Baines and Fellaini leave, that's £40m there.

Which Rafa would spend on Torres (£20m) and some duffers like Aubameyang (£12m) and Gourcuff (£8m). All £40m gone, not a single actual 'improvement' on their current side. Then you have the increased wages, injury to Gourcuff, fans getting agitated, it all falls apart.

I see Aubameyang as Djibril Cisse-. Pace to burn, lacks application. I think he's get found out. Bony would be better.

im not convinced by Bony tbh everytime ive seen him play well is against the worse sides in the dutch league. Reminds me of slower version of Alfonso Alves , He has good movement but im not convinced that's him and just the crappy dutch defending

How did it go Nando?

We had our move to swanky new offices today. Office is amazing but too much glass means my monitor is on view for all and sundry.

Probably means that I will need to limit my posting on here during work time and be on more in lunch hours and evenings instead.

I do that to people. But only the people who do one or all of these things:

1. Watch all their replays
2. Don't speed the game up at the start
3. Pass it sideways when 2-on-1
4. Do stupid celebrations
5. Pace abuse
