CM Punk (Spoiler)

As most who are reading know that Chris Jericho challenged to Punk to a match in Chicago @ Payback with Paul Heyman accepting for his client.

Do we really think Punk will show?
Is this just an excuse for Curtis Axel to fight Jericho?
Could this be the start of a Lesnar/Punk feud with Heyman turning on him?

What do we all think then?

Standard Jericho practice would be to lose to Curtis Axel.

Punk not to show.

Axel to beat Jericho.

Jericho helps put over another talent, like he did with faaandannnngooo.

Punk to return at Summer Slam.

Punks music plays, doesn't come out, Axel comes out with Heyman, Y2J puts over Axel, he wins via perfect plex or whatever and the nafter the match, CM Punk comes out and attacks him and maybe Heyman. No way will WWE have Punk no-show a PAY per view in his hometown.

i think heyman will just come out after jerichos entrance and say there is no punk. but he does have axel. not entirely sure how over henning is, but we were supposed to believe he was a huge name when he was revealed as the next heyman guy. so i expect this to happen

I think CM Punk will make an appearance at some point, but I don't think he'll wrestle Chris Jericho. He'll probably come out after Jericho has a match with Curtis Axel.


I can't see Punk allowing WWE to advertise him for a PPV in his hometown and then have him no show.
