Tomorrows schedule is up and Djokovic is on Chartrier again. At this stage of the contest if he wins he is more than likely to play on Chartrier fo any remaining matches. Both Federer and Nadal have played on Lenglen and as far as I'm aware have always played at least one match on Lenglen whatever their ranking. Federer and Nadal are the crowd pullers everyone knows that. Other tournaments give the public what they want. So what's the deal with RG favoring the present number one? Have Djokovic matches been particularly well attended at RG?

Neil Harman thinks another match should have been on Chartrier in place of Djokovic/Kohlschreiber. From his twitter account.

Why on earth is Wawrinka v. Gasquet not on Centre Court tomorrow and Djokovic v Kohlschreiber on Lenglen? Explain Mr Schedule person

You could certainly have argued for Gasquet-Warwinka which has the home player and looks the match of the day. That being said, I think to be brutally honest you are an expert at making a mountain out of a molehill and producing an unnecessary amount of average articles that could be done as comments on other articles.

Nobody is going to get exactly the same matches on Chartrier every tournament, it isn't realistic. I bet last year or next year it would be the other way around.

Nadal doesnt smell Chartier unless they absolutely have to. Lenglen is his kingdom castle within the Roland Garros kingdom. Im not suprised he didnt get Chartier, as I dont think the French are generally excited to watch him, unless they think he could really lose.

I thought Gasquet v Wawrinka was such a given for Chartrier that it occurs to me that Gasquet requested to be on Lenglen instead - possibly he prefers the atmosphere there or prefers to be away from the main stage in case he loses.
