First topic message reminder :

As a general rule, if you want a world class player (and by world class I mean a player that I consider to be one of the 3 best in the world in his position at the moment), you will be looking at between £20-25 million.

For a top international with over 30 caps, £17-22 million, and an international with less than 30 caps £15-20 million. There may be some exceptions to this in the case of certain players, but this will be the general rule.

There will be an upper limit of £10 million for uncapped academy aged players unless two or more managers want the player and enter into a bidding war in which case there is no upper limit.

Bids for uncapped players who are over academy age limits will be judged on their own individual merits.

Better bump it up to £15m then! He's a bit of a gamble as I am sure he has been playing second fiddle to Rhodri Williams who I have in my academy and could be 4-5 choice for Wales! He's 24/25 as well, just want enough so I can get in one more forward!

20 stone. It was a toss up between him and Diaz as my original academy tighthead target pre JWC. Like the look of van der Westhuizen though, but didn't want to pay over the odds for potential.
