Haven't followed individual scores closely enough, but agree with Malan in the worse side.

Alex Hales definitely has to be in the worst. Horrible start to the CC season for any player, never mind one of his ability.

From an Essex perspective, Jaik Mickleburgh deserves to be in the worst team, and Graham Napier would have a shout (probably no more than that) of getting in the best team, due to his consistent batting and bowling across all forms.
