Do you think FIFA will ask Spain not to score more than 9 goals against Tahiti? If it's a cricket score it will be embarrassing to FIFA.

Everybody except Ramos is dropped from the Spain team.

The team that replaces them would still have a pretty good shot at winning the World Cup. 

Juan Mata, David Silva, Santi Cazorla, David Villa, Fernando Torres all starting.

Come on Tahiti, you can score 1. It doesn't matter if you let in 15, you can score 1!

It's not like Tahiti are really, really awful. They're 138th in the world, not bottom of the rankings (and not Scotland either before anyone makes a joke )

Why did Torres take that? He's rubbish at penalties, always has been.

Upmost respect for Tahiti, they played football and I would have loved them to have scored. Full credit to Spain for how they played but Tahiti are winners for even getting there

Great story, but like San Marino, you do question the point.

Odd situation where the team on 3 points is in a must win scenario vs the team without any.

Since they only beat Tahiti 6-1, draw here and Uruguay will know smash Tahiti by more than 5 and they'll likely be through.

Disagree, they won a qualifying tournament so deserve to be there as much, if not more, than Italy

If so, Spain ignored the request.

Italy aren't down 16-1 in their first 2 games.

As for Nigeria, half arsing it against tahiti makes this a must win. Some improved finishing will be needed

I agree with GSC's point. It's a "competition". Tahiti got there on merit but there aim is to keep the score below 10

All stems from FIFA bizarrely allowing Australia to switch from Oceania to Asia. Scotland/Wales should switch to Oceania, they might actually qualify for a tournament then

Tbh NZ got upset which is why Tahiti is there. They also at least managed to be competitive at the WC

Lovely goal by Forlan, think he's such a class player, World Cup 2010 he outshone everybody. It's odd to think he failed at United.

Yeah I get that, but a forward worth £50 million would bury that chance, they'd have least got it on target. I do think that he's a big risky move, players moving from Italy seem to struggle in the Premier League for some reason.

Looking forward to tonights match. I think it'll be 1-1 with a draw being enough to see Brazil top the group.
