This is why I love boxing :sigh:
So, following the decent if close victory over Paulie, Broner is in need of an opponent. And guess who's name gets wheeled out? Sugar Shane Mosley. Thats correct. Sugar Shane, who is 8-8-1 since his first loss. The Shane Mosley with one win in his last five fights could potentially be in a world title fight... To think people wonder how negatively Haye-Chisora impacted boxing. The guys in charge are operating a freaking banana sport. If this happens I will be pretty upset, and will enter a level of negativity previously reserved for Steffan during Froch build-ups.

Not surprising Mosley could get another title fight as his good boy hood friend Ozzcarrr is promoting him.

Read on espn that they were talking about Maidana next, however broner said he wanted to fans to decided by voting online.
Can I vote for him to fight David Haye?

If that happens its disgraceful. Mosley shouldn't be anywhere near a title fight. He was once a great warrior but now he's washed up.

Agreed, time to pack it in, it hurts me seeing him lose to guys he'd have beaten up in his prime.

I actually find Froch an entertaining fighter to watch. Just a shame he is such a loathable horrid individual...
In regards to Broner v Mosley...he just want the name on his record. By a waste of time as a fight though

where is this coming from? i thought the public where voting for broners next fight? i'd love to see him fight a boxer, brook, alexander, khan or even judah. he seems to just wait for the big shot and expects the KO, i dont think it would come with any of the above, except maybe khan.

Before the fight, Schaefer said Mosleys recent comeback victory put him in the running for a title shot. Also, of all of Broners possible opponents, Mosley is the biggest name, it isn't far fetched to suggest he would get the nod via public vote in any case. But Schaefer definitely said Mosley is a candidate.

well if its schaefer who wants the fight i wouldn't be suprised to see it happen, but i hope they do take public opinion on board and take some else.
gurrero would also be a good fight, see how he handles him compared to floyd.
mosley in his prime would have stopped broner late on imo- i hope he can pull out a good performance, but i sincerly doubt it.

Better not be Mosley next. Broner said we can pick and there are a lot of fighters he could take on from 140-147.
I wasn't particularly impressed with Broner last night. Good offensively but too patchy and he might not have felt Paulies power, but a bigger puncher is going to cause him issues, especially at 147
