Australia missing Cooper today. O'Connor's nerves too much for him.

I don't think O'Connor is an out half anyway. His skills are better utilised further out. I always thought 12 would suit him perfectly.

what the hell is this commentator on about Vunipola?, the scrum turned inwards not outwards its Adam Jones and Lydiate drive that was the reason for that pen

Vunipola some digusting off the ball there! He should be cited and get a lengthy ban for a deliberate elbow to the face there.

Folau needs to control his offloads. Should've passed earlier because there was an overlap there.

I'm always amazed at the apologist attitude of the Brit commentators - if Horwill had done the same they'd be screaming blue murder. But according to Barnes there "wan't much in it". Disgusting.
Agree on Folau, he should have passed and then kept inside.

Mako seems to have fixed his issues at the scrum. Lineout issues persist as Lydiate is schooled at the tail of the lineout by Mowan. We need Croft.

Yah man, I saw that. Might give up on the Heino and watch some real rugby next season. Id be up for that.
No one really making clean breaks here. The pressure not to lose this one is immense and it shows.
Someone has to grab the bull by the horns here and have a go. Its all a bit manic right now.

Deary me, Davies is having a pretty poor match so far. Warburton won an early penalty but has been utterly anonymous, and Lydiate has hardly been much better. Gatland needs to change things up at half time. We are ahead, but barely.

This isn't pretty so far. Reminds me of the RWC final. No shape and playing it safe. Huge pressure obviously and it's telling on the performance. Will someone be brave enough to open things up a little or will we see more of the same in the second half. Not enough continuity from either side and the kick is coming early.

Need to kick less and get some ball to the wings.
Rush defence good but they never rush to tackle Genia!!
Warburton having a stormer.

This is unbearable. We do need to spend more time in the Wallaby half because Joubert will be awarding more penalties both ways.

Wish we had Manu on the bench to give us some midfield go forward and some explosive running off the bench. Our backs are not really creating mug at the minute and some easy go forward ball from the midfield might make Sexton's life easier. Do a Deans and pop SOB in at 12...

Initiative has to be taken from Australia. Lions won't mind this arm wrestle. It's the ideal situation for them. Australia have to take the attack to the Lions and test them out wide. JOC is not running the show so the forwards have to make inroads to give him more space. The Lions though are doing very well at the breakdown and Australia ball retention is largely poor.
